Spanky’s — Restaurant in Huntsville

My reason for One Star is because the bartender was to busy taking shots to take my order,however the taco salad was very delicious,definitely 5 stars for that,So it’s my first time here,I sit myself at the bar where the patio is,Before sitting I had to ask another customer if sits were occupied because drinks , luckily they weren’t bare tender comes zooming over I’m thinking to take my order but actually to grab her burning cigarette out of ashtray and to get her another shot, at this point,I’m for sure I’m being pranked, Bartender is obviously feeling the liquor because she is so loud, she finally comes over and takes my order and smoking a cig I order a chicken taco salad which by the way was awesome and margarita that I personally feel had to much alcohol she brings my drink,She is so loud finally I see my taco salad in window,The bartender is too busy talking to notice luckily the nice cook brings my food and The bartender flies over to grab another cigarette and tell the lady Mrs.Joy she has to go to bathroom and to serve her food for her,by this time again I’m like wth about 15 minutes later the Bartender comes over and says very Loudly Hi I’m Lauren and I am like hi and then she disappears.all I...

The food here is great, the attention to detail is amazing. I am very particular with my food, especially burgers, and this place just absolutely nails it. I know the best food spots in New Orleans, Atlanta, Chattanooga, Birmingham, Destin and more; I can realistically tell you that not only is this the best burger and fries I've had in Huntsville, it's realistically one of the best burgers I have EVER had. The closest thing I would compare it to is this lovely burger spot on a BOAT in Chattanooga, Third Deck Burger Bar now renamed Overboard Bar & Grill. But where the sight to be seen in the Chattanooga restaurant is mostly the scenic river view, here at the EZ it's tons and tons of gigantic televisions. Lively but not too rowdy, and the food hits HARD. I am so serious, the food tells me everything I need to know about the management here. Good place to hangout and watch the games. Nice patio in the back. It is a smoking environment, so definitely keep that in mind for anyone in your party that might have opinions about that, but the space is ventilated fairly well. The beers we got were $8/each, so slightly on the pricier side and definitely wish there was more selection. I got the nachos that were solid, and my husband got the wings which he loved. We also got the chickaronnes for an app and that was absolutely awful. Definitely would not recommend unless you want to eat fried, chewy chicken fat that seemed like it had gone bad possibly. Was going to talk to our waiter about getting something different, but he didn’t come around until the end to give us our bill. Wish that specifically hadn’t have happened and it could have been dealt with, but overall it was an okay experience. With what we got, our meal was not worth $80, so personally, we’ll probably stick to going somewhere else or ordering in better food and...
