11/25 update, customer service provided a tip to customize the amount of flavor in the drink. Good to know but also we shouldn't have to request the flavor that should already be in there.The way I understand it, they only add one scoop of flavor no matter the size. The measurement of flavor should be adjusted based on the size of the drink so that there is no mistaking that you got the correct drink. When I say there is not a hint of peppermint flavor in the Large Candy cane mocha, I am not exaggerating or being difficult. So don't forget to ask for the extra scoop of peppermint flavor if you get a large size.
11/23/24 please check the measurements on the flavoring for the drink sizes. This is the 2nd time in a row I came thru and ordered the large candy cane mocha iced and tasted not even a hint of the peppermint flavoring. I ordered the candy cane flavor for a reason. I did not order just a plain mocha drink. I have reached out to customer service about the experience...

One time there were only 2 people there bc others had called in sick. I was forced to wait 30 minutes, because there was no way to get out of the line! I explained that I did not want a remake and asked for a refund instead. The employee helping me, a blonde woman wearing funky-colored glasses, responded by cursing at me, saying ādamn, why are you making it harder.ā I told her there was no need to curse at me. She then continued to have an attitude throughout the refund process.
