I place my order through doordash and on my receipt it said I would receive my food between 6:15 to 6:25. When I got there they refused to make my food because they said that they couldn't make it until 6:30. There was nobody else in the building and made me wait around 8 minutes before they would make my food. My order was incorrect. So I called to complain and also get her name they refused I asked who the manager was the girl said she was but wouldn't give me her name I told her that it was rude to make me wait but she said that on her order it said 6:30 she tired to just get me off the phone and I told her I am themthe customer. She then said ok bye and hung up. I had to call about five times before somebody would answer. Then another girl answered I asked for her name she said marilynn but she wasnt the girl who answered the phone marilynn said the other girl is new that she wasn't a manager but refused to give me her name and said that she walked out I heard her in the back ground say something and I asked well did she leave or didn't she she told me that she walked away and wasn't in the building anymore. Then I said well all I need is her name that's it. She put me on hold and then the other girl came back online and she said" my name's T have a blessed day " and hung up. Read moreI ordered for take out a clubby (the sandwhich had a bad combination or condiments along with things I can’t have due to health issues.) with long story short whoever taking orders over the phone can’t hear and/ or don’t understand. If you can’t hear or don’t understand you need to ask for clarification or don’t take orders. Including the 2 cookies was incorrect. Went back for remake the workers act as if it was a problem had to wait 20-30 minutes while they contact a manager then refused to give me the correct cookies cause she said the manager told her to only replace the sandwich. Go to this location multiple times a week. What is $5 in cookies when your location screwed up. My classmate said when he went to pick up the food orders was being messed up and the guy handing the food was shoving the food in customers face while they trying to pay. I never had a issue in store but this experience has definitely left a bad taste in my mouth especially how it was corrected/ rectified cause of the inconvenience so the fact that all I asked for my order to be corrected completely wasn’t hard cause at this point I should’ve asked for a refund. Read moreI always loved the Fireball and Mediterranean sub. However on 12/19/23, things took a U-turn for me and I'm not sure I'll ever return. There was a BOGO offer that day and ordered my usual favorites via Potbelly app. Upon arrival my order wasn't there at the pick -up shelf. I panicked and spoke to the lady working there. She searched and later realized someone must have picked mine and had to re-make the same. So that was an additional 10 minutes wait which I didn't mind. After devouring my 1 sandwich for lunch, I wasn't feeling well and started throwing up later that day terribly. I couldn't eat anything as I still felt nauseated and so skipped my dinner and avoided drinking liquids too. Nayseation and throwing up continued the next day and I had to miss 2 days of work (thanks to Potbelly).
