this has to be one of the worst run fast food stores in the area. never gets my order right. and the employees are downright nasty; two older women at night (about 9pm) put on gloves and immediately begin touching their faces and mouths (rubbing their lips with said gloves on and then immediately making food afterwards) and the cashier has this attitude like they can't stand being employed. I've come here for six plus months and rarely am I met with even remote satisfaction. looks like I have to drive an extra 4 miles for a HALF half decent meal. don't come here, they'll take your money, read your order to you, and still manage to not deliver with any grace or quality basic standards that are required of food establishments. I never write reviews but will now with how badly this place is ran so consistently into the ground. I'd also like to just add that I paid $13 for them to "forget" to add an entire patty to my #7 meal. I wouldn't be so upset if this was a once, twice, even thrice occasion, but this has got to be the 30th time in 6 months. Read moreThe only reason I gave this location a 3 ⭐ is because of the service decisions. When I worked @ Whataburger 22 yrs ago it was all about appreciating our customers. I know times have changed but customer service shouldn't! If we didn't have an item advertised on our menu because we ran out it isn't the customer fault they came to our establishment because of that menu item and their cravings for it! So if we were out we complimented them with that free item on their next order or gave them free drinks or dessert. Being a Team Leader I was able to make that decision and my shift knew already w/out even having to ask me. I was disappointed that Jack in the Box doesn't offer the same. I just expect to be treated how I treat others and being told that their out of a menu item isn't our fault. We weren't from the area so being tired and hungry pulling over to eat and rest havin to then drive to another location to get exactly what I ordered at this location was just sad. Read moreI wish there was another one close by. These guys have horrible customer service. At 8:45pm on Wednesday June 17th, I visited this location. I walked inside to place my to go order at the counter. I could see about 4 employees working to complete all the drive-thru orders. The problem was no-one was working the counter? How do they take orders at the counter if no-one works there? The drive-thru guy came over to the counter and said, "Uber" to me? I guess he thought I was there to pick up an Uber order? I said, "no, I'm just trying to place an order". He said, "ok, give me a few minutes and he walked back to the drive-thru window. I think it would make more sense if Jack n the box would recognize the people standing at the counter instead of only worrying about there drive-thru timers.
