The associate (Asssh, I think thats what his name tag said) assigned at the drive-thru, during my visit. Was either A) Having a bad day. B) Unhappy to be working at Starbucks. Hes level of customer service and listening skills are very poor. As I was placing my order; I was unable to complete my sentences while placing my order without him attempting to finish my sentences and interrupting as I placed my order, causing me to repeat multiple times. When, instead of simply listening to my order and then repeat order for verification. As I arrived to the window, hes interaction was simply; "Your total is.." As I received my order, I tasted it to ensure it was what I had ordered, however, as expected since I felt like he wasnt really listening from the begining. The drink was not as I had ordered. When he returned to the window and noticed I was still there, his only expression was to roll his eyes and open the window. As I simply just asked him, if he could add some extra syrup to make it sweeter, hes response was; "That drink comes like that, its unsweet". I just replied with; "okay, is there anyway you could add some syrup to make it sweeter?" He didnt reply, just simply tool the drink from my hand, added what needed to be added, returned it in a aggressive manner, closed the window, looked away as if waiting for me to leave, as I left. Read moreI’m not one one complain but this Starbucks is nothing but terrible. I give places more than 1 chance to get it together. People have bad days. First issue, the forgot the coffee in my Carmel macchiato and it was all milk and creamer. They changed it with no issue. There used to be a guy with shaggy hair who was very very nice and welcoming. He took care of it. 2nd issue- severed molded BlueBerries and when I’m given the lady was by far rude as ever. I then asked for a manger and her response “she is new”. New or not you don’t serve molded food then have an attitude. I can’t remember the managers name but I think Alexis or Alicia. She simply didn’t care. 3rd- I ordered a sandwich and it was cold! They never even warned it up! They were rude when I said something about it it. Lastly, I ordered, was given the wrong thing again. I advised it was the wrong thing. The guy who was working was terrible. He had an attitude and I even returned the messed up item. The manager again the same lady just looked at me. She didn’t say a word. The girl on the drive through did the same thing. Instead of “sorry I will fix this” or “that’s not okay” he didn’t even hand it back to me instead he sat it in front of me and didn’t say a word. Read moreI’m 100% sure this location served me a spoiled Egg, Bacon & Sausage wrap and now I’m suffering from a VERY upset stomach. I want to vomit but I can’t at the moment. I only ate this one thing today & can’t stomach anything else but sips of water. I can literally feel the food just sitting at the top of my stomach. So, I know the food from here is the culprit. For a split second after reaching my destination, I had a quick thought about my wrap not looking as it typically does from any other location. It was flat and looked lifeless. It didn’t taste super funny but subconsciously the experience felt off. This is my second time purchasing from this location, last time my food (cheese danish) and drink (iced chai tea latte) just didn’t taste right. It was the same thing today. Today’s vibe from the staff was subpar, but that’s the least of my worries and issue. There’s been a few videos from TikTok where people have had spoiled food occurrences from different starbucks across the US, too! I will not be purchasing from any starbucks after this.
