Good food but the drive thru cashier was condescending and was rushing me to complete my order. Update 12/21/21 Rosa's should know about the shaming and disappointment that I experienced at the drive thru. I frequent the location usually twice a week. I come on Tuesdays for tacos and a various other day for multiple fajita plates. I always add large queso or a guacamole salad as well. My point being is I spend my time and plenty of money at the establishment often. This evening I decided fo add a large drink and carrot cake go my order and the cashier expressed to me how annoying it was and how inconvenient it was for her to add it and next time she can't add stuff at the window because I was taking more of her time. I personally feel it only took a few seconds longer. My feelings were extremely hurt because I work in customer service and I would never have it in my heart to intentionally make someone feel bad about their dining or shopping experience with me. When she handed the food I asked her if it really took that much more time and she said, "yes it did!" I could not believe the cruelty! Just to mention that when visiting a Jack in the Box Restaurant recently I saw their advertisement in the drive thru reminding their customers to add a dessert when they get to the window! This person should be reeducated about serving customers with couth. I mean it may have been an annoyance to her but to me I would have been happy go add something...

This place has a TON of reviews so I was expecting the best! But what I got was a tragedy! This was the most bland food I've ever tasted! If you suffer from high blood pressure and other similar health issues then this is the place for you! We spent $30 on a burrito plate, taco plate, and nachos...the best part of the whole meal was the rice! My orange Fanta would've been the best part of the meal BUT they make you pay extra for a drink. No big deal but considering how bad the food was the drink should've been free. I'm thoroughly disappointed that we came here. We initially wanted to go to Fat Burger across the street but the line was out the door (go there, it's good!) So we decided to give this place a chance. I admit it, I GOT PLAYED! All these good reviews were writing by people of a lighter skin tone that seem to not understand what seasonings are. I guarantee it's not one GOYA product in this whole restaurant! You can't serve Mexican food and not include GOYA! It's just disrespectful! With that being said, please don't go here and expect quality or taste. The presentation is nice, until you see the ground beef look like a dead person, dry and white! And the fajita meat came from the microwave. I tried to like this place but instead of giving me good food, all I'm gonna have is the runs later. I'm feeling...

DONT EAT HERE!!! Went there today. Spent $50 for me and my hubby to have nachos with extra meat and a side of queso and chips a beer and a fountain drink. Got my usual cilantro from the bar and my husband's onions. Sat down. Started eating. About 5 or so nachos in, I notice something moving on a piece of cilantro. After further investigation turns out it was some kind of clearish worm looking bug! I can't tell you how bad I want to throw up. Took the plate back and showed the lady in the kitchen. About 2 or 3 people saw this thing. Then she comes out with a fresh plate as if I would EVER eat there again. Husband just asked for a refund at which time they refunded us About $10. No apology. No attempt to make it right because they don't give a damn. Youd think since this "thing" was on the cilantro they wouldve RUN to the bar and removed that bowl so others dont eat any bugs or parasites but nope. My husband's plate was still full...we didn't get to eat much so I don't know why a full refund wasn't issued minus the beer and fountain drink. I didnt even argue because i was nauseated from thinking I probably ate maggots. If I get sick they'll be refunding more than that! Before today, I've loved this place for years but it will be a cold day in hell before I eat at this disgusting...

Fun, Colorful Spot with Fresh Tortillas and Great Prices I’ve now been to Rosa’s Café on Precinct Line (just before it becomes Davis) a couple of times — both visits on a Sunday after church — and it’s quickly become one of my go-to spots for casual, tasty Mexican food. The vibe here is bright, colorful, and festive — definitely more on the fun, touristy side than traditional or rustic, but that’s part of its charm. Everything from the bold paint colors to the playful decor gives off a cheerful, welcoming energy, and the place is always buzzing with locals and families. They have plenty of seating, with a mix of booths and tables, making it great for parties of two or larger groups. One of my favorite features is the window where you can watch them make fresh tortillas — such a nice touch that adds to the experience. The self-serve salsa bar is convenient and has a great variety, and you can fill your own drinks at the soda fountain. I noticed they do offer beer, though I didn’t see margaritas (but I could be wrong). Either way, it’s a solid, no-fuss option for good food at a very reasonable price. Overall, Rosa’s Café is a lively, family-friendly restaurant that delivers fresh food, fast service, and fun atmosphere. I’ll definitely keep coming back!

Ok, believe it or not, this is not really a dis on Rosa's food, as it is pretty good overall. Why the one ⭐? I'll set this up for you... I've eaten at this Rosa's on multiple occasions, but decided to go on Tuesday. (You should see the drive- through line! 😲). Now of course what makes it special is that it's 🌮 Tuesday. Which is great except for the fact that on Tuesdays instead of giving us all meat tacos, they splice the tacos with diced potatoes. There are a couple of reasons why this is a bad idea: first, I don't want potatoes with my meat in tacos; second you're actually cheating your customers by splicing the meat with a filler product which has nothing to do with tacos. Yes, on Tuesdays the tacos are cheaper than other days for a taco plate; but I'd rather have the taco plate at regular price than having the meat with filler. 😤. Sorry Rosa's, but that practice is BS. I like your food, but will not be back if I continue to find my taco meat laced with potatoes. The pic I included with this review is what I scraped out of 1 Taco. That is at least 25% filler! 😝👎

So I wanted enchiladas but this is what I got, a plate from the Fyre Festival or jail ( what I imagine the food might look like). The presentation was horrible!! Only the chicken inside was decent. The beans and rice blane. I told the lady it was my first time there. She wasn't friendly. Didn't offer suggestions. And winched at me when I asked for green sauce. And said "there's already red in the bag". I was thinking the enchiladas I was ordering were the traditional enchiladas with green or red sauce and cheese. But no!! I think this was a sour cream sauce. The rice had no flavor and the beans taste straight from a can. Rosario can beans taste better. No cheese on top. The rice had no flavor. The salsa was like a can salsa. The tortillas were nice and thick. But I would not be going back here!!! That was a waste of $9 dollars.
