Java Espress — Restaurant in Idaho Falls

After waiting in line for over 30 minutes, we get to the window and the order taker is very rude and has an attitude she kept saying “what” because she could not hear us, because the music was blasting. We asked about rewards and she said we were unable to do it even though we are spending $23 for two coffees and a muffin top. After waiting seven more minutes at the window, we see one of our drinks just sitting on the windowsill in the sun. We asked if we could have our drink and we were told very rudely by Kylee no. We said we have already paid for the two drinks and she said it is policy so our drink continue to sit there in the sun, while the other drink and muffin top got made. We were charged extra for caramel cold foam that we didn’t even get and cherry cold foam that we didn’t get. My drink was a totally wrong drink as well. Wonderful way to start the day! Stopped in on my way out of town. I was prepared for a pricey, mediocre quality latte that would take forever to make. It was none of those things. Although there were 3 cars in each of the two lanes, a young man hopped out in the 10 degree weather, patiently and cheerfully took my order. Prices were very reasonable, and there is a wide selection of drinks and light food to choose from. About 5 minutes later I was on my way with a perfectly brewed latte. Not sure what to think about this location anymore. Ordered a chai tea latte and a blueberry bagel with light cream cheese on the side while waiting for my bagel the lady comes out and hands me my drink and got a Chai java instead (not what I asked for) and the lady tried to argue with me saying yes it was a Chai tea and I kept telling her no its not it's a Chai java and she wanted to argue with me some more. Finally she came back out with my correct drink. And my bagel had cream cheese on it after I asked for it on the side.
