Stopped by here this afternoon 6/20 about 2:30 to meet one of my two sons for brunch. I have eaten here a number of times now. Expect great service, good food and exceptional prices. With today’s high prices it’s hard to find a place you can eat for around ten dollars, but you can here. Today I got the BLT Max with French fries and my son got a ham and cheese omelette with hash browns, pancakes and a side of bacon. I added a cinnamon roll for carry out for the wife at home. 40.69-tip These and other meals pictured below. “Navy Seal's Skillet” Which was Bacon, sausage, ham, skillet potatoes, fresh eggs*, cheese with peppers and onions and topped with gravy . All for - 10.99 I got my eggs scrambled and some sourdough toast. And a piping hot coffee, which was quite delicious. My total price for the meal, was $11.98 what a deal. This breakfast was very filling, and will stick to my ribs half the day. Today my son had the “Ham & Cheese omelette and a half order of biscuits and gravy with toast and orange juice. His friend and I had the Cheese Burger and French fries. I had a Pepsi and the friend had milk. 48.76$ minus tip. Service is quick, food is good with an ample portion of food. A meal here averages about 10 bucks what a great deal especially considering today’s economy. The place has ample seating, tables, booths, and diner seating. A place everyone can afford. Great little diner, highly recommend, nothing bad to say here. 👍👍

There was a wait for a table, and I was by myself, so I sat at the bar. The atmosphere is very "east-sidey." Down to earth, laid back, how you doing hunny... has regular customers. I received a menu and my drink quickly. Every server and staff was working. I ordered the Country Morning Omelette which had sausage, onion, green pepper, onion and potatoes in it. Comes with sausage gravy and cheese on top and either cubed potatoes or hashbrowns on the side as well as toast, pancakes or french toast. Total price after tax was about 9.50. Loved the omelette and cubed potatoes. I had been to Arts on Pendleton Pike before and loved the sausage gravy -- yep still loved the gravy at this one too. I'm not a fan of pancakes in general but maybe other people are and like them here.

Very delicious food. Everything cooked to order and full of flavor. Very friendly wait staff and the decor is modern but cozy without being kitschy or gaudy. I had the Build-your-own Chorizo omelett with their peasant potatoes and it was amazingly fluffy with all ingredients in every bite which tells me the cook knows what they're doing. The potatoes were crispy on the outside but as soft as mashed potatoes on the inside. I will definitely be back the next time I'm in town.

To start off, the outside of the building is a certain niche aesthetic. They have some decor to brighten the atmosphere and it does well but the dullness of the general strip is quite tainting to it but of course they can’t help that so ya can’t hold it against them. Walking in it was quite dead compared to the last time I was there, about 2 years ago. The air seemed stale and cold, it previously was filled with life and texture nonetheless I was greeted with enthusiasm by one of the servers telling me grab a seat wherever I’d like and she’ll be there shortly. I was with my grandpa and he’s a very old fashioned man so he went ahead and told the server to get coffee as we were walking.(I personally see this as rude but he does things like this all the time so I’ve gotten use to the awkward feelings.) The server, again with great enthusiasm went straight for it, looked at me and said “just one?” And I raised my fingers to say 2 and she immediately started to set up 2 coffees. I noticed that the creamers were already present on the table, with various flavors as well and i definitely enjoyed that and found it to be a nice addition to the experience. They also featured butter, sweetener, salt and pepper at the table. The server gave us coffees and menus and said she’ll be back to take our order. I’m a vegetarian and to be honest a quite frugal vegetarian so I stuck with coffee but my grandfather got the biskets and gravy with over medium eggs on top and the server informed us with excitement that is called a “dicky”. I always enjoy when workers take pride in the menu! My grandfather tried to convince me to get something in which the sever joined but didn’t push. So I appreciate a server who is social but not forcefully! I had hazelnut creamer and Splenda with my coffee, while I was on the second cup I noticed there was table sugar there which in my opinion is better than sweetener so I started using that. Onto the decor, the pairings they had up were very abstract and eye catching they seemed to be painting by amateur or local artists but upon asking I found they were done by the owners! Quite an interesting artistic approach! The furniture wasn’t too bad either. The color scheme of the entire restaurant was mainly brown it had a very 80’s vibe but the other side of the 80’s. I could imagine a scene from “fear and loathing in Las Vegas” taking place here. The chairs are a classic black frame with brown cushion, tables are black from With brown top. The booths are 3 different shades of brown but honestly quite comfortable, very good lumbar support that makes taking notes for this review quite easy! The booth table tops are a cobblestone grey with is a neat contrast to the rest of the aesthetic. My server Marcy was very kind and good at her job as well! The final bill was only 14.65 so it was a decent experience. My grandfather almost started a scene towards the end of our visit but I managed to keep him under wraps which was sorta...

i felt like i was ignored. I understand working in the food industry can be difficult because i’ve worked fast food most of my life and on numerous occasions i’ve waited tables. I came with a group of people and granted some of them where nit picky but all in all they enjoyed there food as well as i did mine. I felt welcomed upon coming in but when the waitress brought out the food she was very impersonal giving some of my guests at the table short responses and just not friendly. out of the entire table i didn’t ask for much and i knew what i wanted right away so i didn’t keep her waiting. i told her that i wanted to hold onto the menu because i may want to order something extra after my meal. i ate my meal and it was really good but she never once asked me how the food was even after i was finished. I waited 24 minutes for her to even come back to the table because she just disappeared. I wanted to order something else but by that time i was ready to leave because everyone had finished there food. the restaurant wasn’t busy because i only saw two other customers and there was a total of three waitresses. from the sound of her talking in the back she was having a good time. i just wish that i felt as important as the people that she was talking to. It just made me feel unimportant. Even after she handed me the check she wouldn’t look at me and still didn’t ask me if i needed anything else like a water refill or if i wanted to order something else which i did. I never leave anything less than five dollars and usually will tip 7-10. I was hard for me to put a ten percent tip on the credit card receipt because i know waitresses depend on tips but i really felt neglected during my stay there. If she would of just taken a little bit of initiative and simply asked me how was is the food or can i offer you some more water that would of changed the entire experience. Like i said i have nothing bad to say about this establishment and i dont usually voice concern but i...

Are used to visit this place daily or every other day today while I was checking out my price change twice first it changed once at the table and then when I went to the cash register the price changed again my price at the table was $16.33 when I went to the cash register they added another dollar or so onto it it ended up being over $17. Dissing me all I had three days ago and I only paid $15 and some change for it. The only problem is is I think this company has a hard time deciding what their prices are going to be. Food was good but that’s very disappointing that they can’t figure their pricing now. I don’t think I would recommend it for this case you’ll have to watch your money you make it charged extra money between the table in the cash register. I spoke to the owner at the cash register about the situation and he just told me that they had to charge me for an extra egg or something there was always another excuse but it went up two dollars for more it was three days ago for the same meal. So disappointing. I guess I will find a fair place for me to go eat that won’t rip me off. It’s just not fair when they can’t decide what they want to charge. I am in business for myself the gentleman here asked me about a key one time and told me that one of my competitors was on it for a lesser price I was willing to go in and adjust my price to match my competitor which I did and have sold him a few keys at those prices but the courtesy wasn’t returned to me when the situation got like this I think that all the employees need to get together on the pricing instead of just making a change by the minute just thought I would give my thoughts on the situation I don’t do this to people that come to me when I give you a price I give it to you in writing and I stand...
