My family and I were there for lunch July 5th, 2025. When we walked in, the floor was dirty and many of the tables were unkept. I immediately sighed. When we got to the line, there was one young lady working the line by herself. It wasn't that busy, but by the time we got our food, it was busy. I saw 2 workers sitting down eating. They were probably on break, but geesh.
There's a guy who came from the back, tall, had cornrows in his hair. I watched him go to the sink, while texting, surfing or something on his phone with his left hand. Now, everyone knows that mobile phones carry just as much bacteria as toilets. He literally washed his right hand while he was looking at his phone with his left hand. How do you do that? How do you get agitation of the hands with the soap with one hand? Then, he stopped the right hand and switched over and stuck the left hands under the water. I was thinking to myself, I know this guy is not getting ready to come help us with this food. The young lady in the picture was working so hard. She was trying to keep up with the pace. Kudos to her for her hard work.
This guy casually walks over to the register, while the young lady is making food. He is looking at his phone the entire time while walking over. He stands at the register on his phone and says nothing to me. He is texting, and texting and sending messages and laughing at whatever text conversation he is having. By this time, I don't even trust him to touch my food. Finally, he looks at me and motions as if I'm supposed to tell him what we have. It was 3 bowls and 1 burrito. She wrote what was on them. You never have to tell Chipotle what the bowl is. He was so disconnected and not interested in working. Finally, he put the phone down after handling it, and laughing, and doing whatever he was doing and wanted to ring food up. Because I knew his hands were dirty, I said, are you going to touch these bowls being that you were on your phone and phone are dirty? He just looked at me. He went to reach for them and I stopped him, reached for my own food and put it on the tray. Paid and we sat down and ate.
Management, please ask your associates to put their phones away and do their jobs. He was more concerned about what was on his phone than working and then he served us with dirty hands. He never scrubbed his hands together in that sink, and stood there, right in front of me, texting and laughing. ...
Read moreI have anxiety and coming into this certain location doesn’t make it ANY better. Everytime I go in I don’t care who’s fixing the bowls or burritos everytime I get half ahh portions of everything. I’m craving a bowl right now but lord knows how terrified I am to come in because staff is always rude. And they always make me pay $6 for guacamole on my bowl and lord forbid me to ask for the correct portion amount of chicken it’s gonna be considered “extra meat” when all I’m asking for is the correct portion size. So now I’m gettin my things ready to go to Qdoba in southern plaza because I kid you not, they are always on point and NEVER stingy. I never have to ask for “a little more” like I have to with every single thing at chipotle because y’all always giving out half scoops of everything when it’s still going to cost me $22.59 for a chicken bowl even without queso or chips or a drink and a regular portion of chicken and A regular portion of guacamole that still cost me $6 extra dollars to place it on my bowl. If I ever gain the courage to come back to chipotle and y’all fwm onna portions and still charge me the $22 I promise I’ma make them fix up like 5 different sauces on the side extra and I’m going to walk out leaving you guys to pay for it, because at this point y’all are just...
Read moreUsually love Chipotle, and wanted to give this location a try. My family ate there this evening, and I’m not sure why, but the server had an issue with what we were ordering (burrito, bowl, taco). He only would serve us after confirming with another employee, which I was surprised about because we didn’t order anything unusual. Our food was cold, and also very bland (except for the chips, guacamole, and queso.) The lemonades were all out, and the counter and some of the tables were dirty. My husband stopped eating after half of a burrito - unfortunately it made him really nauseous.
Edit - I submitted the same feedback using the link given by the owner in response to my review, and the reply I got was an apology for not giving enough filling portions…. Which was not in my review at all. I’m disappointed that even by email they didn’t take the time to read the feedback. Here is their reply: “Thank you so much for reaching out. I am so sorry your meal’s portions fell short of our standards. I’ll share your concerns with our Chipotle Crew so we can make sure we’re serving up filling portions from...
