Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Indianapolis

Staff not very customer oriented. The young lady working the counter handed the sandwiches to me but didn’t bother to offer napkins. We had to literally hunt for napkins which ended up being behind the counter where the young girl was more interested in playing with co workers than to bother with finding out if I needed anything. I asked for a fork so that I could eat what had fallen out of my sandwich and the young lady said, “oh, we don’t have any forks here”. I’m so angry. I used to work for this company and as it turns out, they are just getting worse. This particular store won’t deliver to me. I’m 1.9 miles away from them. It takes less than 5 minutes to drive there. On top of that, they don’t allow Uber eats to deliver. Sooooo they have now officially lost my business. Not only are they sub par in person, they are total jerks on the phone at corporate. Would not recommend this company let alone...

They won't deliver less than one mile down the street where I live at. And so I give detailed ordering information online as to make sure everything is made correctly and they still couldn't make the sandwiches right. The order was right there. It even shows the correct order on my receipt they gave me with the order that I had to pick up. Penn station is way worth the pick up compared to Jimmy John's. Won't be...
