I ordered sandwiches and the receipt is correct, the special slip on each sandwiche is correct but both sandwiches are made wrong, I am all the way home by the time I discover this because I guess I have to literally unwrap every sandwich at the window to check them now and that is exactly what I will be doing from now on, I will not move forward or be asked to pull away from the window until I have my food and have checked each individual item, and I will take my precious time doing so, your drive thru time can just keep ticking until your rude employees learn to do their jobs correctly. The receipt has an incorrect phone number on it but I looked up the correct one and called only to get the rudest degenerate I have ever spoken to in my life, she was of no help! Mcdonalds is trash, the fries were trash and not fresh and 2 sandwiches and a drink wrong, they gave me a sweet tea that isn't even sweet and doesn't taste like tea it's so watered down. My sandwiches were made with things I asked to be removed because of an allergy so now I'm out my dinner for the evening, I was asked to drive all the way back up to receive any refund or replacements and who has the time ore gas for that these days after I have already returned all...
Read moreAfter waiting for 5 minutes to get to speaker, could hear people talking on drive thru for about a minute before a female took our order. Menu says breakfast, it's 10:40 on a Sunday, we order breakfast combos by number with extra hashbrowns. She enters one of the breakfast sandwiches but then she wants to know if we're ordering breakfast or lunch. After we tell her the sign says breakfast she wants us to repeat our order. Then she wants us to pull around to the window to order. No wonder the drive-thru is so backed up if your order taker is so easily confused. Obviously the manager isn't wearing a headset or watching the drive-thru times. // 2 months later: I got my cup when the customer before me asked for his from the slowly moving cashier. Fresh, hot fries. :-) Employee standing on customer side of counter chatting loudly with several employees on duty. Kitchen seems over staffed for amount of business but manager filling orders instead of delegating such things as cleaning drink station and telling off-duty employee to move on. And it's time to bleach the bathroom drains. Yuck! Urgency and pride still not...
Read moreLike the store at 86th & Michigan, it's just as bad. When management decided to change their operating hours, it was an unprofessional and idiotic transition. All signs were still up showing the store is open 24 hours and yet for almost a full week the store had been closing at night. After communicating the frustration to drive a few miles to find out the store isn't open, I received a phone call stating they were changing their hours and just hand't gotten to the signs yet. BUSN101 - if the hours of a store are changing from 24/7 to 5a-11p, the first thing you do is take down any and all signs that reference being open 24 hours. Once that is complete, then you change the actual hours. It's simple business that is taught even in high school courses. I'm seeing a trend of the restaurants in this area to have employees that don't care and are bothered anytime they actually have to do their job. Like my last McDonald's post, I'll be elated when I see their business...
