Sun & Moon Cafe (Indianapolis) — Restaurant in Indianapolis

We are in Indianapolis for the Taylor Swift concert. We were walking around and came across Sun and Moon. We noticed people inside, so we decided to try it. Immediately upon walking in we were not greeted and the workers turned their heads. One of my friends began ordering and the worker was super short with her and told her that they usually weren’t open on Saturdays, so they didn’t make/have a bit of their usual menu. After my 2nd friend ordered one of the workers asked “How do they even know we are open today?” If my first 2 friends hadn’t already ordered, I was about to say that we were just going to leave. We sat and watched every single person that came in after us get ignored- even one couple walked out because no one would talk to them. Our food was good, so no complaints there, but the attitude of the workers really put me off of the experience as a whole. Visited the place for a quick coffee! The place is relatively new and was quite empty when we went! They have quite an extensive menu and probably would benefit from condensing it to fewer better quality options!

Beverages: I ordered a mocha Frappuccino and my husband ordered Thai milk tea with boba. The mocha Frappuccino was great and everything you’d want but the bubble tea wasn’t! It was super watered down and the boba was extremely chewy like it wasn’t fresh!

Service: The staff was nice and sweet!

The ladies; Ashley, hailey, jasmine and gabby were absolutely wonderful at taking care of my mom and I. We were looking at drinks and Ashley did not hesitate to help suggest and make it easier to order. The ladies were working on something to do and making sure the environment and keeping things stocked was priority. Impressed with how great the drinks came out and how well the customer service was.
