I used to love ordering and going to this place. The last two times I have ordered two servings of avocado, which is an extra charge for each serving. About a week ago the avocado I got was so hard I hurt my tooth (there was no pit it just wasn’t ripe at all) it was inedible and I had to throw it away. I ordered again later that week only to be informed they were out. Things happen but to allow people to continue ordering an item that is not available is extremely frustrating for the consumer. I tried calling the store today to see if they had any avocado and their customer service is actually the worst I have ever encountered. THERE IS NO OPTION to speak to a physical living human in that store, all I got was a slow robot with no option to connect me to the actual store. I would have to submit a support ticket through their website just to see if there is avocado at one specific store. All I wanted to was to check if there was avocado. Not going to order from here again considering I can’t speak to anyone at the store and I refuse to pay extra for an item that I may or may not receive. Pretty disappointing considering I really like the food but making consumers jump through hoops to get a simple question answered is ridiculous. I visited this location in Indianapolis on Friday , March 8th and had a horrible experience with customer service again. I placed and order and one of the managers name Katie came to the front to enter in my coupon after entering it in the system I then proceed to ask for a bag for my food , she lays the bag on the counter I asked her if she could please bag it she then refused , made a comment and said to me “why every time you come in here you have a nasty attitude”. I’m really starting to think this is how the atmosphere is in the location. I never have the same experience at the keystone crossing location I don’t understand why it’s happening here. Why when I’m voicing my concerns about the treatment from your employees nothing is being done. This is the second time I had a horrible interaction with staff This is ridiculous I should not have to take anxiety medication before I come into this location to order food because I’m going to have confrontation. I visited after a lunch rush so the place was rather empty, but was perfect to find street parking out front which was ideal on a rainy day. Food options are quite plenty to mix and build your own perfect meal. I went for the warm fish taco bowl, but added extra avocado 🥑 😋 and swapped the lime jalapeño dressing and hot sauce for the amazing flavor-kicking spicy cashew dressing. The rep was friendly, informative, and made suggestions when asked. Always appreciated. The bowl was definitely filling mostly on the base arugula and cilantro, but there was enough mixed in with quinoa, tortilla chips, cabage, avocado and fish to mix. I was offered a slice a bread, but opted to purchase the rosemary focaccia bread, which was fluffy soft but could use some butter or oil or even to be warmed. Other than that, everything was great! I literally just recommended this place to a friend and will definitely keep on my list for healthy downtown lunch options. There is a parking garage nearby, but street parking is all around if you don't mind...
