This location is ghetto. I came in and purchased a meal on Saturday July 29th at 8:27 pm.
My order was placed fine but there was 3 other cars waiting in parking spaces and I guess I was going to be the fourth.
As I pulled into a spot a man came out in a Wendy's uniform with braids in his head.
His pants were hanging off his butt and he was pulling them up while spitting flem on the Wendy's walkway.
I immediately lost my appetite and all I could think of is someone spitting in my food, but I already paid for my meal so I tried to keep it together.
When he finally brought out my food, he handed it to me like I was annoying him so I immediately looked inside my bag.
There was no napkin or condiments in the bag and the sandwich looked like he just threw it together in a rush because he wanted to eat his pizza.
That's right! A delivery car showed up and he grabbed a pizza but I'm assuming that he should have been doing his job.
I could tell he didn't expect me to open up my bag and check but when. I took out the burger ( see the image).
Now, I work extremely hard at my job and I take pride in my work. I believe in customer service and in providing an excellent product every time.
I always have even when I worked at McDonald's at the age of 16. I always took care of the customer no matter what.
To experience the work ethic of some of us is downright deplorable.
Now I don't expect everyone to go the extra mile in what they believe is a meaningless job, but I also believe that if you don't like where you work then go someplace else.
Don't take your personal gripes out on the customer, because they pay your salary.
Now I don't usually complain but this kind of thing has to stop. This isn't the first time I've experienced bad customer at this location and a few others.
When he noticed that I was actually opening the bag , he came back to see what I was doing.
Apparently he knew he was busted. Please fire him and anyone who doesn't respect their job and give it to someone who will uphold the values that made Wendy's a house hold name.
At least train your staff better. This is a business not a hobby, and you never know who's watching.
To the person who made my food.
Pull your dam pants up. This is a restaurant and you're dealing with food. No one wants to see the crack of your behind or to see you spitting flem before you walk inside.
Why would you put the end of a tomato on my sandwich? Where is that ok?
You tried to disrespect my food. You were hoping I put that in my mouth and swallow that. I hope they fire you.
Truly you don't deserve a job. You need more training. Maybe this message will teach you...
Read moreWow, what an experience. First, the floor going down the hall and into the men's room was so slippery that it felt like walking on an icy sidewalk.
Then the fellow that took my order didn't know what kind of pop they sold. He had to go ask someone.
So I ordered a double with cheese tomato only large combo. Pay and wait. As I'm standing there, a woman says here's your drink. I explain that my drink is a large coke zero no ice. She comes back with the right drink. After several people who ordered after me get their food, she comes out and says here's your food. I looked into the bag and said I ordered and paid for large fries. Then she muttered that she was doing the best I can do, and switched the fries to a large. Never an apology or anything. Then I asked for some sauces and she said will you want anything else. I said sure some pepper too. She returned and put them in the bag.
I went out to eat in my car. When I opened my sandwich wrapper, I was surprised to see a chicken sandwich with cheese and all kinds of toppings. Clearly not my order. So I return to the counter and inform them that this is not my sandwich that I ordered. She looked at it and said what's wrong with it. I said it's not a double with cheese tomato only. She said yeah, but what's wrong with that. I said it's not what I ordered nor what I want to eat. She then said what do you want. I said a double with cheese tomato only. That's why I ordered it. She then took the chicken sandwich and left my field of view. Then she popped back and said do you want cheese. I said yes a double with cheese, tomato only. Then she said no tomato? I said, again, tomato only. Another customer received his order and said I had better check mine to make sure it's right. He was missing his Frosty. The lady after him got her order and he said is there something wrong. She said that she had also ordered a 10 piece spicy nuggets that weren't in the bag.
About a minute after that the woman behind the counter brought out my sandwich and said here you go. Again, no apology, nothing.
I will never return to this Wendy's. In this area, there are literally dozens of other choices.
Do yourself a favor and go...
Read moreRating only 1 star because I cannot pick ZERO! I placed an order w/ Wendy's on their app & it used Door Dash to deliver. There is a LOT wrong. Wendy's website & app have no way to report it. One large chili (w/ sour cream & onions), & one small chili w/ sour cream were not in the bag. One burger Patty half off bun & other patty smashed together like it stuck to grill w/ mayo smeared all over the wrapper, which was barely hanging on the burger as if a 5 year old wrapped it for Christmas. Bacon cheese fries upside down in bag, cold, limp, greasy & container half full as if thrown in the bag. Hot food in same bag as a cold salad and two half melted frosties. Driver sat for a long time "picking up" but never communicated when I texted at 10:54pm to ask if there were any issues, then began moving right away as soon as I said something. I placed this order at 10:27pm with a 20 min delivery ETA. App texted me confirmation at 10:32pm didn't get the order until almost 11:15 even thought the text confirmation came at 11:04 when I had not even greeted the driver yet. I tried to call the store several times and it is open but just rings. Live chat on app is not manned and neither is the phone number through the app. There is nowhere to report missing food from an order and when trying to chat with Door Dash, they refer me back to Wendy's. Whomever the UX designer is for the app should be fired. Almost $40 for an order that made me create ANOTHER APP ACCOUNT when I could have simply used my Door Dash account. This has got to be the worst customer service experience I have had in a long time. I took the survey from within the app as well and it just said someone will contact me later. On TOP OF ALL THAT, when I attempt to log BACK into the app, it kicks me an error like they disabled my account I JUST created. When I log in on the website, it logs in just fine. Someone needs to step up their game and I better get a refund for the entire order or I will be disputing with my credit card company. Do better Wendy's . . . No WONDER nobody wants these jobs,...
