It's the principle!!!! Horrible customer service!!!! I ordered through the drive through and asked for no sour cream on my order, I can't eat it! Got home and guess what was all over my taco salad? Sour freakin cream! So, I get back in my car, upset because I dont feel well at this point. Drove to the same store and went inside this time to get it corrected. As soon as I walk up to the register the lady behind the counter looks at me like "what the ** do you want" then looks back down at the register and asks "how can I help you?" Really???? I give her my receipt (that says NO SOUR CREAM) and tell her I cannot eat sour cream and need my order remade. She says ok, takes the food and comes back with a correct version of my original order then says "here you go, sorry about that" .... SIGH If I hadnt worked in customer service for half of my life maybe I would let it go, but I have and still do. There was no acknowledgement of the inconvenience caused, no regard for the mistake made, no customer service or any empathy shown. Just "Here you go, sorry about that".... OMG! Never again!! I can handle a mistake, it's how you correct that mistake!! Its the principle. If it were to happen again, it's ok with management... And I am the one left feeling like "I knew I should've never come here in the first place." I dont like to waste my time and I try not to make stupid decisions. I know what is definatetly NOT important at this location, the customers! I won't waste my time and I will let everyone I know not to waste their time...
Read moreOne of the worst Taco Bell locations. I have a three strike rule, any one business is allowed to mess up 3 times before I give up on them entirely. Strike 1 was when they got my order completely wrong a few months ago. But I figured that mistakes happen and let it slide. Strike 2, Taco Bell is in the middle of an ad blitz pushing their new breakfast menu and I figure that I would give it a try. I pull up to the drive thru and sit there scanning the menu for a solid 5 minutes before realizing that they don't even have the breakfast menu listed. Strike 3 happened the other day when I ordered a chicken quesadilla and a medium coke. They informed that they don't have coke so I asked for a dr. Pepper. Which they said that they no longer serve. Which in Texas is tantamount to heresy, but it is what it is and I settled for a Pepsi . Until I pull to the window and the guy didn't even get the quesadilla on the order and I was stuck with a Pepsi that I didn't even want that much. After this repeated dedication to poor service and insistence on providing unsatisfactory experiences, I urge anyone reading this to visit the chick fil a Or jack in the box next door. If you really want Mexican fast food then I would suggest taking the time to drive over to the taco Bueno at 635 and MacArthur or the the taco cabana at 635 and belt line. Despite being less than a 5 minute walk from my apartment, I will never visit this Taco Bell location and I am less likely to visit any Taco Bell locations...
Read moreUpdate: 3/30/2023 I started coming to this location again recently and they’ve seemed to have changed staff. When I tell you I am amazed at the customer service I now get from this location. It’s definitely a step up. My food hasn’t been wrong and I’m sure if it is this store now would have no problem fixing it. I notice that the staff are always pleasant from the time you pull up to order and it doesn’t take 30 minutes to get an order with only 3 cars in the line anymore. They are fast and efficient. Give that whole crew a raise to keep them please! People who have stood out to me that I see often at this location is Marley, Kim, and Danaela all stars in my book! Even when they tell me have a nice day for some reason I feel like they are making it happen just by being there taking my Order. I’ve been coming almost every day now and will continue as long as it stays this wonderful.
^^^^^^ Review was made in November*
I don’t even know what to say about what happens every time I come here. I’ve had maybe 2 good experiences out of like 20. The employees always make it so uncomfortable and I’m always trying to figure out why I’m waiting 10 and 20 minutes for food with an empty parking lot. Food is hit and miss. You can be as basic as possible and they still will act confused when taking your order. Company advertising combos and staff saying it’s not offered when you know you just ordered it yesterday. I just laugh now. Come here on days you have time...
