Through the drive though, I ordered 6 muffins and 3 coffees, and bagel and cream cheese. I was charged $47.70 (the cashier accidentally charged me for 20 muffins). After driving a half-hour there, and a half-hour back (it was too late to turn back when I realized, so I just dropped off the food), I drove BACK for a half-hour to get my refund (then back home, mind you). The employees acted like it was no big deal, and casually gave me my refund. There was absolutely NO apology or sympathy for my inconvenience. I understand that mistakes happen, and I was pleasant enough when I came in (after of course being in the car for an hour and a half), but the employees (and the manager, I assumed) did not offer any sympathy for their mistake, nor an apology for my inconvenience (upon returning home, I realized they forgot to add in the cream-cheese they charged me for). When these kinds of situations have occurred with other franchises, they have been so kind, generous, sympathetic, and sorry. Read moreThis Dunkin used to be the best around. Used to run smoothly, pretty accurately, and people were kind only. Now it's incorrect almost every time, very slow, and the employees are incredibly rude when you ask for a correct order. If you message Dunkin about this, they say to call the manager of the store and then you tell the employees you spoke to a manager to get free stuff 🙄 That's not a great business model, so we won't be back.
To be super clear, I've come here very frequently and now will not. Shuffle location did the same thing changing to being rude and I haven't been back to that one in years.

They almost always forget my food when I pre-order on the app. The last straw was the last time I ordered and waited for about 15 minutes and my food still hadn’t come up. I asked for either a refund or my food because I was going to be late for work if I waited any longer, and the manager rudely told me that I had to do that on the app and didn’t even bother to attempt to give me what I paid for.
