Let me start off by saying, I love chicken. Well, I sort of love chicken. To be quite frank I actually am interested in going vegan although that won’t impact my review. Raising Canes is full of action as in, its busy. Very busy. There’s times you go in and it’s you, the weird guy sitting in the big table in the corner by himself, and a couple. Other times you’ll wait 6 minutes just to place an order. The food is worth it, you can add extra Canes Sauce if you desire or an extra chicken finger. This is what makes Canes so special; the chicken and sauce make up their menu, if you don’t like either you won’t like this place! The chicken has a crunchy taste, is watery inside and is overall good. The Texas Toast has a golden slightly crunchy texture and tastes slightly salty. The fries are decent nothing special. The Canes sauce is the real deal and tastes very good. Their ice is good too, this isn’t satire they literally have small ice balls, much better than cubed. The fingers used to be bigger and I fear they will keep getting smaller. I notice they have been! You will not staff the RAF on my poultry confection!!

Food and everything was great. Came thru the drive thru and placed my order 9/7/25 at 10:23PM, the guy had an attitude while I was placing my order, then once I get to the window I hand him my card he hands me my drinks I ordered 1 Dr-pepper NO ICE 1 Medium Coke, I got handed 2 Dr-peppers With Ice So I Ask For Him To Fix The 1 and have no ice and he did but did not realize I was handed another dr-pepper instead of Coke but when handing me my dr-pepper with no ice the top wasn’t secure and spilled all over me! Hands me napkins like that’s gonna do something. Truly worst experience I’ve had so far here. **Update** Talked To The Manager At The Location And He Helped Me Truly And Apologized For My Bad Experience This Is Why I’m Changing My Review From 1 Star To 4 Stars Thank You Raising Cane’s Management!

This place is amazing some might say it is overrated however it is the opossite. At most Chicken places there might be tendons or bones in the chicken I just thought that was the norm however we had 11 chicken tenders in total without any bones or tendons. They have a limited menu but that just means they are really good at their craft. the staff was nice, the food came out fast, prices are reasonable, and although the chicken itself is not as flavorful or seasoned As Chick-fil-A or Popeyes their sauce puts it on level with those chains.

My experience with Raising Canes is beyond appalling. It first started with an employee (unprovoked) calling me a discriminatory slur. I let it go. Then about a week later, I had when in to get a drink. Three girls I didn’t know & didn’t walk in with were being told to leave. I was behind them at the drink machine. I went back later with friends to order food. I ordered & paid & went to get another drink. As I was getting my drink a LEO working a security detail at the restaurant told me I was being trespassed. I immediately took out my phone to record the incident for safety. As was another employees friend (they were sitting at the same table) (the same employee who called me a slur). I asked for a manager & was told none was available. I asked for a refund of food at that time. As I was getting the refund 2 managers were “working” the refund. None of which could tell me (most importantly) why or who trespassed me. I exited the store & got my trespassing paper. I had called Canes corporate & have not got a response. I called the local restaurant & was told I would be allowed back and offered a free meal. Canes had called me back later that night, & I was told by a manager named Olivia, (same manager who trespassed me) that I was being trespassed for “ causing a nuisance & harassing officers” I asked for a specific situation & she couldn’t provide any, she just had said “overall”. Both of which she mentioned, she could NEVER provide an interaction or proof of that because it never happened. Unless you want to call me trying to understand why I was being trespassed “a nuisance”. Never even spoke to the officer as well, until he approached. She also had said I was filming which is against company policy, but an employee’s friend was filming & being extremely loud, without being trespassed. I was never told I couldn’t film. I then had asked her name & she hung up on me (which now I know the name as the time of this writing) All calls recorded & you guys should have video as well. Would love for this to be legitimately investigated before I explore other legal options. I was being discriminated against clearly. The slur the employee had used prior to the date of the trespass, I can’t say here. The trespass incident occurred on 2/19 at about 11:10pm. Given all facts and circumstances discrimination definitely happened against myself. Olivia the manager also declined a written statement to police & to my knowledge would not tell them a reason either (still waiting on bodycam to be resent, it’s not letting me access) and would not provide her information to police which the police had to get in other ways. (As written in report) (again I haven’t seen the bodycam yet) The food is good, but not worth the experience as police have to be there almost always because of the situations that the high school kids create. It’s so bad that some days they shut down their dining room completely for the night. I am not in high school, and it’s sad that high school kids go 55 through the parking lot & don’t get trespassed, and destroy bathrooms. But then you have a frequent customer who’s trying to support the business through-out the craziness & gets discriminated against & given awful service. Please Canes, if you post anything with me being obviously irritated in the store, also provide a valid reason with proof as well, as to why I was trespassed. And as you said any footage of me being “a problem” to the store before the time of the trespassing. Or after the trespassing date. Me being irritated is irrelevant, as I was actively being trespassed without reason. By the way, when I say irritated, I mean no threats of harm were made & no cussing directly AT the employees/managers, & nothing irrational given the situation. Go ahead and post footage of me “harassing officers” I would loveee to see that. And harassing isn’t prior times having a normal interaction with an officer talking about weight lifting or clothing. And I guarantee the officers I had talked to prior days would agree. Thank you for taking the time...

To sum it up I think this place is more hype then its worth. I went here because everyone says it is so good. I found it to be only okay.

Their menu is simple and easy to understand, however if you do not order a combo which comes with a drink you end up paying more to build a meal ala carte. This means that they are encouraging you to drink soda since if you just drink water you just paid for something you get free everywhere else.

I found the chicken its self had no seasoning at all on it, it appears all the taste comes from the sauce. The sauce is a ketchup based sauce and you can taste the ketchup above all other tastes. Unless you very liberally apply the sauce to your chicken. When this is done the tastes of the spices in the sauce start to come through.

However there is a catch, for each combo you order you are given a limited amount of sauce, extra will cost more. I think that for a place that relies on their sauce for taste you should be able to get as much as you desire for your meal.

Over all the chicken is good quality and real chicken breast. The Texas Toast is good if it comes with your combo but not worth paying extra to have. The fries, the fries are my pet peeve at this location. To go along with the tasteless chicken these fries have no seasoning and appear to be the same fries I could find in the frozen food section of the grocery store. While eating them I could tell they are nothing more then frozen fries I could buy at the store.

Over all the food can be good if you go through to effort to make it taste good to you after it has been prepared and maybe spend some extra on sauce. I do not see this as a place I will return to since I find the food overpriced for what I get and the amount of effort I need to put in to give...

Is it a crime to clap? Is it a crime to support? This evening my school had a big basketball game and we won! It’s a school tradition for the majority of us to go out to eat after a big win. So that’s exactly what we did and today we went to Canes. Big mistake. We get there before the players and sit down at tables across the dining room, keep that in mind. For the most part, there wasn’t a lot of other people there it was mostly just us. When the players arrive we clap as they walk in to show support because they won the big game. We have done this several times before with no problems and even sometimes the employees cheering too. Today this was not the case. When the first group of players got in we erupted in excitement and clapped for them. This one employee seemed deeply offended by this and told us to stop saying, “not in my dining room.” This is incredibly embarrassing for her. Saying “my dining room” to a bunch of teenagers. Wow, shiver me timbers you manage a Canes. AH! Lol! This really brought the mood down because we were all hyped because we won the big game. The second round of players came in and we clapped again not thinking anything of it. This one seemed to deeply offender her once again. Maybe there was some past trauma or something. This could be the only explanation for the way she erupted with anger. She went up to one table and asked if they needed to go boxes. We we’re like for what ho? “Because you are leaving”, she replied. Puzzled, we looked at her confused. She really thought she got us with that one. A true knee slapper. So we left, willingly, because we ain’t let a bop tell us what to do. However, we will be returning because it’s soooo good. I love Canes sauce! Always a...
