Romeo's Pizza — Restaurant in Jackson Township

Have gotten pizzas here before and the food is pretty good. However never again. Just tonight I called and ordered a pizza with a coupon for a large with one topping.

I order on the phone and ask if I can get another topping, of course I'll pay for it. The guy says sure and quotes me my price- it's like 2.90 more for the extra topping. Ok. So when I get there to pick up my order the guy looks confused. He talks with the girl beside him and tells me I can't use the coupon. I tell him John, Jake, Josh whatever his name was that took my order already quoted the price for the pizza.

The girl beside him said nope we can't do it. I said wait, I already was quoted a price for the pizza. Anyways they get the manager who seemed confused at first but said it was OK. I said I'm paying for the extra topping, she kept saying it's OK and there's no problem but kept reiterating that they don't do it normally. I told her I've never had any pizza company not let me add a topping to a discounted one topping pizza if I'm paying for the topping!

There was attitude, you know like she was doing me a favor. Look train your people then, the guy said nothing about getting an extra topping on the pizza. It's not like it was free. Don't act like it's a big exception or whatever, and say it's OK, it's OK there's no problem.

Well obviously there was because two people said no and now I'm talking to the manager. But the problem is YOURS not mine. I'm the customer. I don't need to be made to feel I'm getting special treatment when I'm not.

Anyways I would never recommend this store based on my experience even though the pizza is decent. I will never ever eat romeos again. I'll stick with krauses. They have better food and aren't a...

Truly some of the best pizza that I've ever had....its one of the few places that spending a bit more is worth every penny. I fell in love with their pizza when they opened in Cuyahoga Falls. After moving to Canton, I jumped for joy when I learned they have a location near us. The Butcher Shop and Ranch Lovers Chicken Pizzas are some of the best pizzas that I've ever had whether it's a chain or solo pizzaria......My only complaint is that they took The Heart Stopper Pizza off the menu. I ordered a pizza online and my fiancé stopped and got it on the way home. She gets home and we open it up. It’s covered in green peppers. I can’t eat green peppers because I’m mildly allergic.

The guy was being so weird I just said forget it. The insinuation that I’m calling you because secretly we’re hoping for a second free pizza was just too petty to take seriously.
