Wendy's — Restaurant in Jackson Township

If I could rate Zero stars I would. I went here for my usual, an over-priced large Strawberry Lemonade because anyone that has had 1 knows they are addicting. They were out of large cups and tried to give me 2 smalls instead, which were a reduction in the amount of ounces I would have received in a large. When you do not have what a client ordered you upgrade them not down grade them. I kindly told the guy at the window, he was very rude and dry. It was a simple fix 2 Mediums or another small would have saved them more time. He had zero customer service skills and if he can't handle a customer question or request he should not work in an industry where you deal directly with people. I have a passion for people, so great customer service is an absolute must! I kindly asked him why he was so rude only to get more attitude about my request. I told him how rude that was and left and drove to another Wendy's for my nightly fix of Strawberry Lemonade. Wendy's with people like him at the window or in management you lose faithful. If there was anything remotely close to the sweetness of Wendy's strawberry lemonade his attitude would have caused me to go to an attire different company. It's not the customer's fault you ran out...

Never in my life I have. I had a fast food restaurant place so many. My names with me and his absolutely insane! First or food was absolutely horrid. Absolutely freezing cold. And I only live 2 minutes down the road. They gave me an extra bunch of food. I didn't even order. I called to get it replaced and/or refunded. And they said so we can't do that. Unless you bring the food back up so I drove out of my way to bring the food back up mind you. I was never given a receipt! He an old man named TJ said we can't refund it unless you have a receipt, I said nicely several times I was never given a receipt and he said and I quote. Not my problem so then of course I wasn't very happy. There raised my voice again and said. I was never given a receipt and he said. I don't know what to tell you not my problem... I spent $27 on fast food. And I expect my food to be made the correct way. Not a bunch of food thrown in that. I never ordered globs of ketchup in mayonnaise luke warm food at best... Trust me mean everybody I know will never eat there again... And I will call corporate every single day until this is taken care of TJ is a repermand. For treating a customer...

I ordered through my Wendy’s app and added money to my Wendy’s, then it was door dash that picked up our order. Such bull crap and poor customer service. If I’m paying $35.00 for a nugget meal with 5 bbq sauces for my nuggets and a chicken sandwich meal and the food gets here. Delivery because we worked all day and didn’t want to leave or cook, but we get robbed by Wendy’s. The lady that answered the phone at portage street Wendy’s canton Ohio is so very unprofessional and over paid. When I called and said, I just paid $35.00 for for two meals and extra bbq, but didn’t get any sauce for these crappy spicy nuggets, all she she kept saying is I could get in my car, drive to her Wendy’s and pick up bbq. Why the heck do I have to drive there now to pick up sauce that I already paid for, to be delivered? It’s so sad that our world is going to this because of these unintelligent, rude, ignorant people now working at fast food places. They pretty much stole our money I told here because you can’t eat nuggets dry with no sauce! Don’t go there people, it’s a waste of your money, and it will only sadden you to see the people Wendy’s pays to run their so...
