Starbucks — Restaurant in Jackson

Rudest Starbucks I’ve ever been to, and I worked at one so I know what goes on behind the scenes. An older woman with black hair and reading glasses took my order, and I was shocked at how rude she was. As the woman in front of me finished her order and walked away, I started walking up. This woman glared at me and said “hurry up, hurry up!” I was very shocked to be spoken to like that at a Starbucks, especially when I wasn’t moving slow by any means. When I started placing my order, she turned to talk to another barista in the middle of it, and completely ignored me. There was also no one else in line behind me to justify rushing me. It was just the one woman in front of me, and myself each ordering one drink, so they weren’t busy. When I finally placed my order, I went to pick it up, and then turned to go take a seat at the couch, and the barista who took me order cut me off and took the couch for herself for her break. She rudely rushed me so she could take her break, and then take the couch. Worst....

Went to Starbucks at Albertsons today in Jackson Wyoming..to get my wife and me a drink before our return trip to California. One of the worst Starbucks in a grocery store I have been to. I ordered two drinks and both were made incorrectly. My almond milk latte with peppermint syrup. My latte tasted like almond. milk with no peppermint taste. The other drink was a mocha frap and I asked for no whip . The barista was going to remake the drink and another worker Halil told her no just scoop it out. He was very arrogant and because of the language barrier with English that he and his coworker share that could be a factor in making the drinks incorrectly . My advice is if you want your Starbucks made the way you want go to their real Starbucks...

Just had the worst experience here. We ordered 2 identical iced chai lattes. The girl taking our order was nice and got our order correct, but when our name was called for our drinks they gave us 2 cold brews. We nicely said the order was wrong and we got iced chais, which was clearly visible in writing on the cups they gave us. They redid our drinks (after making drinks for other people who ordered after us first) and then got it wrong AGAIN, but at that point we had been waiting for a really long time and had to leave. We ended up throwing our drinks away on the way out because they were so bad and tasted full of syrup… I don’t know why they couldn’t get it right. Just disappointing we just wasted nearly $15… I won’t be...
