We purchased Pella windows for our new home build several months ago. We absolutely love the look and quality of Pella windows, but its the staff at Pella that gives the company a considerable advantage over their competitors.

Please don't misunderstand. The Pella product quality is consistently outstanding. We receive compliments on our windows frequently - which honestly, isn't something one would expect to hear about windows. But the beauty of the windows actually enhance the views that are captured through them.

However, the staff at Pella go above and beyond to ensure their customers satisfaction. From the sales team to coordination and install, we've been blown away with our experience. A special shout out to Hiedi & Nathan for their dedication, professionalism and commitment to extraordinary customer service. They both exceeded our expectations in helping to coordinate and facilitate the delivery / replacement of a broken window panel in our siding glass door.

When we arrived at the house one afternoon to discover that one of our sliding door panel had shattered, we called Pella immediately. Heidi was incredibly helpful and expedited a replacement panel immediately. She continued to call and keep us updated on the progress of the replacement order and the delivery & install schedule. Always kind, respectful and friendly, she worked around our schedules to make sure we were on-site for the delivery.

On the day of delivery, our house was filled with construction crew, delivery drivers, pallets of insulation and siding materials everywhere the eye could see. Yet, Nathan and his team went to work immediately and installed the new door panel with thoughtfulness and professionalism. Not an easy task with so many distractions and obstacles to work around. But Nate was lighthearted and understanding of the situation - thank you!

So - once again we wanted to show our appreciation of Pella. We couldn't be more pleased with our decision to purchase windows for our forever home, from your company.

Quick Update 6/6/2024…Jacob and Justice from the service team just assisted us with a minor repair issue stemming from the hardware on one of our windows. They were awesome. The communication in advance of and throughout their visit was excellent. They promptly repaired our window, asked if there was anything further they could do, and patiently fielded questions I had about our windows and future maintenance. They were also incredibly friendly, efficient, and obviously experts at their craft. Yet again, we continue to be impressed by and grateful for...

Good product, frustrating customer service experience. Can’t express enough my frustration of how our order was handled. We replaced 3 entry doors last summer. However 1 of the back door measurements were done incorrectly. We dealt with Brett. After long delivery time we received and installed wrong sized door but it was custom size so we couldn’t get standard storm door for it, had to custom order from their web site that was quite pricey. When called and talked to an agent we were given an option to get free storm door that we agreed to. Couple months after we called and checked on our complimentary storm door and Brend forgot to place an order. After I emailed to their manages, Carroll handled things in a better professional manner and they ordered our storm door with the included installation. After a while door was received but it was winter so no one came in to install the door. This April I asked if we can finally get the storm door installed as discussed last year and yes, the installer showed up. However he had some other priority jobs to finish and asked if he can come back! Sure, I understand that there is more urgent jobs than our storm door that we were waiting for almost a year. There must be installations that was due 2 years ago!!!! Be aware of how time consuming this can be for you and stay away!! I’d like to finish my review by saying that the storm door we received was wrong sized again and god knows when we will have it now. Just an advise for local JACKSON office to hire a professional with good knowledge of measurements and data! So I m giving 1 star for a product and 0 for...
