Eat At Joe's — Restaurant in Jacksonville Beach

I would give zero stars actually, The Hubs got the fried shrimp & fish, both tasted fresh out the freezer, Disgusting! I ordered the crab/shrimp bucket. It had 5 whole boiled shrimp & 2 1/2 clusters of crab legs. They smelled strong and they were cold. I advised the waitress and she was going to get replacement crab clusters and we never she never came back by our table. Water glasses were never replenished. For $45+ per meal this was ridiculous We waited for quite a while as she waited on other tables outside and we finally left money on the table and walked out.This was our second time here and the previous time the food was mediocre at best, they were very busy so we wanted to give them another try, Big Mistake. Great location, terrible service. The Bartender was more concerned with asking other people for drinks than servicing our food or asking us if everything is ok. Rude while taking orders and almost felt like he was mad at me for requesting a coke refill. Had an attitude when I only ask for water for my 3yo and never came back to see if everything was ok... I worked in the food service before and although I understand that wasn't his fault to be alone to take care of the whole deck, I would never attend people with an attitude or disregard. Prime location right on the beach. This place should be rocking it but the customer service is seriously lacking. The waiter ask.. want food? He said it just like that...um, no me, lol just came here to look at it..of course I want to order. Lack luster atmosphere. I was served without utensils and had to get up to ask for them. The fish and chips I ordered was ok definitely not worth the price I paid. The beer was warm so i couldn't finish it. I left there feeling completely...
