My family of 6 has been enjoying buffalo wild wings for almost 5 years now.We go like 2 to 4 times a month. And over the years we have had some wonderful waitresses and waiters. So today was my daughter's birthday and she asked if we could go to Buffalo wild wings. So after we arrived at Buffalo wild wings we waited about 20 or so minutes before someone asked us if we have been helped. Once we were seated the waitress seemed annoyed. Then we started to place our order and she was making so many different faces at us. Once our drinks came out there was stuff floating in our drinks and we asked for a replacement drink. Then some of our food started coming out. The 6 side salads that they gave us, the lettuce was super brown and the tomatoes looked rotten. Then we asked if we could talk to the manager. So the manager said that he was sorry about the salads and he would make 6 new fresh salads, and we told him thank you for fixing the salads. Then our 30 boneless wings and 30 traditional wings came out. Our 30 boneless wings with swimming in sauce and our 30 traditional wings look like they was cooked 3 hours before they gave them to us, so we asked the waitress if they can make us some more she seemed even more annoyed. Then our appetizers finally came out. We ordered two large fried pickles one large onion ring and one large cheese curd. And what we got was too large pickles one small onion ring and one small cheese curd. Then the the waitress said she was sorry and got us a large onion ring and large cheese curd with an attitude. There are two youngest children finally got their food which was three breaded chicken strips and fries with no salt and pepper. But what the waitress brought out was grilled chicken strips with their sides of fries covered white with a side of salt on the tray. Then once we finally got our order right so we can actually eat. The waitress was avoiding her whole entire section. We waited for like 30 minutes to get our drinks refilled and she never came, we asked another waitress from another section if she could refill our drinks for us. Then 10 minutes later or waitress said she was sorry she was busy helping other guests that was in our section but she would go and get us our drinks. Then for like 20 minutes she started talking to some guy laughing and joking and still never brought us our drinks. Then my husband started recording how bad our service was then she went and got the manager and told him that my husband was recording her and the manager stared yelling and screaming at us. Then the manager said he was going to call the cops on us because he thought we was not gonna pay the bill because the waitress could not get a single thing in an order right. But the waitress haven't even given us our bill because she was so hiding from us. And the manager thought we couldn't pay it and reported us to the cops as thieves. Once the cops got to the restaurant then the waitress finally gave us our bill and the police was acting like we were thieves forcing us to pay the bill that we was already going to pay. This was the worst experience that we ever had at Buffalo wild wings in the past 5 years that we've been going 2 to 4 times a month. I do not recommend going to this...
Read moreIf there was an option for 0 stars that would be my official rating. I usually never write reviews for anywhere that I go but I have decided to step outside of my norm and write this review because management and other potential customers need to know what unnecessary behavior my family and I was met with yesterday, Saturday November 26, 2022. Upon our arrival to the host stand we were asked how many were in our group and after repeating myself a few times to the hostess â10â she repeated the number with disrespectful attitude and eye rolling. I kept my cool because there is absolutely no reason to meet the woman with her unnecessary behavior. Once the number 10 was confirmed with her, she proceeded to say with a condescending tone, â thatâs gonna take about an hour because we canât accommodate you right now this means that we will have to put together tables and chairs in order to accommodate your group so one hour minimumâ. I understood and let the lady know that we were willing to wait the hour, yet, as I completed my sentence she just stood back and crossed her arms. So after waiting about a minute I then asked her if she needed to take my information before we went to go sit down and wait and she behaved as if I just called her every name out of the book because her tone got worse and she proceeded to then pull the tablet from under the host stand and slam it very harshly onto the tabletop and tapped her fingers to unlock the screen with such an aggressive demeanor that before she could even unlock the screen I turned to her and said you know what no thank you I donât feel comfortable doing business here and as I turned to walk away she said are you serious right now?! Yes we were a group of 10 and it was all close family members that have gotten together to celebrate my youngest brotherâs 17th birthday and the entire experience was witnessed by my mother, my father, my husband and my children and I have never ever felt so embarrassed the way I did at this location. Yes, I could have easily asked for management right away but at the time that this was happening we were all just so very hungry and I didnât want to cause anymore delay or friction with management to only end in letting them know I wasnât going to eat at their establishment but I do want everyone to know that this is not OK and unacceptable. I do not recommend this location nor will I recommend it to any of my family or friends just because I wouldnât want anyone to be treated the way we were treated. We talked about this situation for the rest of the night and it still bothers me so much today that it has resulted in me writing this review. Iâm not looking for anything free Iâm not looking for any discounts and Iâm not looking for an invitation back to the location I am only writing this for situational awareness and in hopes that management sees this and does some thing about the lady at the hostess stand who was working there yesterday at around 3 PM. I did not catch her name, she was a larger woman dark brown hair and light skin. This behavior should never be tolerated and I hope my children learned that there is no need to take the bait and meet that behavior in that childish level but rather take your...
Read moreMy experience at this location was HORRIBLE to say the least. I went to have dinner with my boyfriend here. We walked in and the host did not seat us, he stated we could find a place to sit and someone would be with us shortly. Then 15-20 minutes went by and still no waitress!! FINALLY, the waitress came to our table and just started by saying âHave you guys looked at our menu? You have to scan the QR Code.â She did not introduce herself and assumed we were supposed to just know that we had to scan the menu from our phones. Seriously? She COULD HAVE easily come to our table to introduce herself, instruct us that we would have to view the menu online, and at least ask if we would like to start with a beverage. Very unprofessional. We waited long enough for her to even come to our table so we just quickly ordered from briefly scanning the menu. Then 15-20 minutes goes by after she apparently put our order in with the kitchen and she comes out with my order. I ordered Honey BBQ Cauliflower Wings with fries and ranch. She game me the wings and fries but no silverware and no ranch. Am I supposed to eat with my hands? The portion size also looked much smaller than normal. She then also stated that my boyfriends food was delayed because it was taking a while to cook the potato wedges. So, I had to wait another 10-15 minutes with my boyfriend because he did not get his food and I did not get my silverware or ranch. She finally brought out his black bean burger with potato wedges but still forgot my ranch but stated it would be âon the wayâ. Seriously? My boyfriend started eating and I waited for my ranch. Again, over 10 minutes goes by and still no ranch, my boyfriend was almost finished with his food by the time she decided that I deserved to have my ranch. She brought my ranch out with another families food. She waited until another tables food was ready to make a trip out of the kitchen to bring me ranch which I requested with my meal to begin with. My boyfriendâs black bean burger was also burnt/overcooked which made him unhappy as well. She also never even once offered if we would like to watch a specific game on the tv, apparently that just wasnât a thought for her. I then just paid the tab by scanning the QR code on the table, Iâm not sure what the waitress even deserved a tip for, considering she did nothing but bring us our food and treat us to a very unpleasant experience but we were kind enough to give her a few dollars. She honestly deserved no tip at all. If I could rate this restaurant with zero stars, I would. My boyfriend was correct, Texas Roadhouse would have been a 100% BETTER option that we should have chose instead. Shame on this Buffalo Wild Wings establishment. This location must be experiencing serious budget cuts, that is the only kind and logical explanation I can provide for this all around poor staff service, unpleasant food, and small...
