went in with my family to enjoy a beverage and a meal. The order-taker acted like she could care less about getting the order straight and she mixed up the order ... she had to call the manager over to delete and straighten out the order which was Beverages and food.
While waiting for my food I wanted to wash my hands (which is normal in a civilized culture and recommended by Health officials). My wife wanted to use the restroom which is normal many times before someone eats. The manager informed me that the restrooms were all out of order and we could not use the restrooms. My wife attempted to use the women's restroom but the cleanout plug for the sewer line was open and she could not stand the feces smell. I went to check out the men's restroom which also had the toilet lid uncovered and the cleanout plug for the sewer line open and stunk of feces. Since hand-washing was not an option I asked the manager for some alcohol gel to clean our hands before we ate and she said she did not have any we would have to do without ... and she apologized.
I went out to my vehicle to look for hand gel and noticed that several other customers came in and out and got their orders to go I don't know if they had planned it that way or if it was due to the lack of restrooms in the nastiness. After videoing the restrooms with my camera phone and getting hand jell from my vehicle I went back up to check on the food which seemed like it was taking an extended amount of time ( over 10 min for three simple sandwiches). The manager asked the employee that was not very good at taking the order where our sandwiches were and the employee responded with I didn't know how to make the sandwiches so I just didn't make it.
I didn't ask the manager for a refund and told her that this was completely unacceptable the condition of the restaurant and the lack of training or performance of employees. The manager only refunded the sandwiches not the coffee.

I have been to this location several times before and I've noticed that the employees are very uninterested in people's orders and this is the final straw with their...
Read moreThis Dunkin' has to be THE worst Dunkin' in Jacksonville, if not the whole state of Florida. ALWAYS out of something. Newer sandwich on the menu, sweet black pepper bacon, they're out of the bacon more times than not. The last 2 days, a Saturday and Sunday morning, at 7 A.M. they were out of bacon altogether, not just the sweet black pepper bacon. OUT OF BACON ON TWO WEEKEND MORNINGS IN A ROW?! How does that even happen? When i asked for another sandwich that had regular bacon on it (i asked because she didn't specify that they were out of ALL bacon and i just didn't think they'd be out of regular bacon 45 minutes after opening) the ignorant female working the window said "Uhh, nooo baconnn". Rude. There is ZERO consistency in the coffee making, hot or iced. I order the same coffee every time i go here and it's made differently half the time. On top of that, the employees are miserable people. I don't know who the manager or owner of this location is but they're incompetent. There is no excuses to be out of anything during the morning breakfast rush, never mind less than an hour after opening the doors for the day. Unfortunately for me this location is on my way to work. However, there is a Starbucks a few buildings over. I may just start making my own coffee in the morning, food service in FL is just horrible overall. I've never seen such slowwwww miserable service. Guess i was spoiled up in the North...
Read moreUpdate; Door was locked again this morning at 5:30am This was my last time going to this location. And if I find out what other stores are owned by the same person, I'm not going to those stores either. Today (I've been there before) the door was locked. I ordered on the APP for "walk in". I drive a truck so Drive Thru is not an option. Knocking on the glass got me nowhere so I waited in line, on foot, in the Drive Thru. When it was my turn, the woman who refused to open the door said I am here by myself and can't wait on Lobby and Drive Thru. We'll, I was just grabbing my stuff and leaving. But now, we stand there talking about how busy she is while cars are waiting! LOL She ended up waiting on me instead of just letting me walk in and grab my stuff. She was also yelling for a Band Aid to a guy working across the parking lot at the other restaurant. What if she needed an Ambulance? How could they get in if she locks herself in? And where is Dunkins First Aid kit? I will not be visiting this location next Monday, as I drive by so many other places to put up with her nonsense. A copy of this is going to Dunkin Donuts...
