I ordered lunch at 11:56am and was told our sandwiches would be delivered in 20-25 minutes... they didn't get to our office until 01:17pm - and our office is less than two miles from this Larry's!
I called back at 12:46 - and asked where our sandwiches were, because it was supposed to be 20-25 minutes - the lady on the phone promptly corrected me and said she told me 30 minutes... which she didn't, but regardless at this point it had been 50 minutes.... I was told they were on their way!
At 01:01 I received a called from the driver, which said they would be there in 5 minutes... at 01:15pm I called the store back and asked for an update... The store blamed the time frame on the driver, as the food had been out for over 30 minutes. I said at this point our food would be cold and our drinks melted. They offered to re-make and deliver new sandwiches, I said that would be fine.
At 01:17pm I finally received the first order and the driver blamed it on the store. I didn't give her a tip. I told her they were re-making our sandwiches for delivery. Within minutes of the driver leaving our office, I received a rude call from her telling me I had to give her back our old sandwiches when she brought the new order.
I called the store back and told them they could just keep the new order, that I thought them asking for our old sandwiches was ridiculous and because we had ate a couple bites off them I wasn't being charged for another set of sandwiches. She said we wouldn't be charged for new sandwiches, but they needed them back for their "bread count".
At 01:36pm, the driver dropped off our new sandwiches, was VERY rude and then made a comment that we had ate some off our sandwiches.
I called the store to ask for the Franchise Owner's name and telephone number, but I was refused his contact information... I asked Corporate, but before I could be given the number, the manager asked could he do anything to make this better...
I advised I wanted full refund would be needed - he then asked me to call back after their lunch rush and he would provide a full refund.
At this point we’re scared to even eat the food, and we will never buy anything from this...

We’re extremely friendly, and the service was absolutely amazing. I usually get a different sandwich, but I was curious About THE BIG ONE so I ordered a large and a regular for me and my son. Just in the words THE BIG ONE alone I would think that it would be a lot more than what it was. Over $25 for two sandwiches is not that big of a deal if, they are good sandwiches. Quality of food and service is absolutely amazing. I just think portions are awful slim especially if you’re paying that price and something is advertised as THE BIG ONE. I ordered the Italian BIG ONE for both sandwiches and was not impressed at all. By all means swing by and check it out for yourself. Maybe it was just an off day...
Read moreI ordered a DoorDash and my driver Erica said she picked up the order and didn't. After she drove around for a half hour she text me that she was on the way to the store. I cancelled my order to which DoorDash refused to refund me. Thankfully when I called the store to explain Shelby answered with the utmost professionalism. She let me know my order was in the store and went above and beyond my expectations in making sure I was satisfied after having my husband drop what he was doing and drive up there to receive my food. As promised Shelby made my sandwich the best I've had from there yet. Thank you So much Shelby for turning this horrid experience around for me.
