I gave this McDonald's 2 stars, I included an extra star because my fries were hot and fresh. However, the skill of customer service that they have at the drive thru window is nil! None, zip, zero. I am a big believer in that everyone should work at a fast food joint at least once in their life so they know what has to be dealt with. You learn people skills, how to deal with things, not deal with things, what kind of tone to use with the customer, etc. It's never what you say, it's how you say it, and everything about this experience screamed to me that this person has not learned these things, even a little bit. At the drive thru speaker I could not hear the person on the other end, I heard the speaker crackling, that's how I knew someone had come on. When I asked them to speak up because I could barely hear them, they just repeated themselves at the same quiet voice. I couldn't hear them even though my radio was turned off, and there was no unnecessary background noise . At the third time I asked for them to talk louder, they kept the same monotonous tone, but then a female voice chimed in at the same time, which was very clear and loud, and she repeated what im assuming the other person said.i proceeded to place my order with the person I could hear. Drove around to the first window to pay, and the boy at the window, which I'm assuming was the one who wouldn't speak loud enough for me to hear him, said something, which I again couldn't hear even when i was physically 2 feet from him. When I said "I can't hear you, what are you saying" he looked at me like I was speaking in a language he didn't know. So I repeated myself, thinking maybe English is indeed his second language. Giving him the benefit of the doubt. Man was I incorrect. A lady then came over and told me the amount due, and said to him she only wants to know how much. Tell em the total. So I paid without saying anything. He hands me back my change, and drops it nowhere near my hand!! So now it's on the ground. I'm assuming he did it on purpose, cuz he proved me wrong once already when I gave him the benefit of the doubt. Looked at me crazy when hes the one who dropped my change, then caught an attitude when i asked for the receipt. If he said please or thank you at all, even once, I may have drove away with a different opinion. I know the customer is NOT always right because I have spent all my adult life in customer service in one form or fashion. People suck. They're mean, rude, and usually expect something for nothing. When I'm a customer , I always make it a point to use a tone and attitude that I want as the worker, because ive been there, done that. It's hard. But there was no excuse for this. I won't be back. Oh yeah, and my order was wrong...
Read moreNo issues with food or service, however I had the most humiliating experience of my life. I sat at The only desk that had an available power outlet, my laptop and phone plugged in as I was sitting there minding my own business anold lady approached my table and asked me if she could use one of the outlets to which I responded with of course and she did so she plugged in her phone and all hell broke loose. This lady told me to go back to my own country where I probably don't even have a McDonald's and plug my phone there because she needs both outlets and I said hey listen if you need outlets just use them but no she continued to insult me on the racial and national basis and basically all this was happening to the embarrassment of myself and everybody around me, this lady kept screaming racial slurs although I'm Caucasian myself which is irrelevant but she kept using an n-word she kept she kept telling me to go back to Middle East where I came from then probably a terrorist and this went on for 15 minutes I asked the manager for a couple of times if I if he could please intervene I asked the lady to stop at the cannot behave or she just wouldn't stop so at this point it just realized I need to take my business someplace else where nobody will judge me according to my skin tone eor the way I talk. Thank you McDonald's for providing me with a first hand experience of how truly racist America can be. Thank you for lack of concern for your customers who are being yelled at and literally spat at, while the manager pretended not to notice . I have never hit a female in my life and I decided this will not be the first time I did so I chose to leave the place and I told the manager please next time try to call the police and protect your customer in order to stop and deescalate a potentially dangerous situation where somebody else could have knocked that women flat out. I chose not to choose violence and just left with a very very...
Read moreThis McDonald's is listed as a 24 hour McDonald's online on Google and on McDonald's website. I arrived at 11:56 PM and pulled into the drive through. There was an employee walking somebody out of the lobby so I know they saw me pull up to the drive-through. I sat in the drive-through and was not addressed for a couple minutes and then they turned off the drive-through lights. I realize you know whenever had any intention of addressing me. Even though I arrived at 11:56 PM when they were supposed to be open. So I pulled around to the window, nobody was there. I pulled around to the lobby door to see what the hours were that were on the door. Those hours indicated that they closed at 12 AM. This was new and didn't match what was on the website. But I was still there before 12 AM. Four minutes before still counts and I should still have been served. The fact that I was sitting in the drive-through waiting for someone to address me and nobody ever did and the lights were turned off while I was sitting in the drive-through shows that the employees here wanted nothing more than to go home. That's not very good customer service. I made sure to file a complaint with McDonald's Corporation a The fact that I was sitting in the drive-through waiting for someone to address me and nobody ever did and the lights were turned off while I was sitting in the drive-through shows that the employees here wanted nothing more than to go home. That's not very good customer service. I've worked in food service before, you should never turn somebody down who was there before your official closing time. I'll go to...
