This is one of my favorite places to eat on Tuesdays for taco Tuesdays and Thursdays for burrito Thursday however this day I did not have such a pleasant experience with my special I typically do not get a drink because I don't eat and drink at the same time. USUALLY in the place of my drink receive caeso dip this has never been an issue in the last 2 years that I've been Patronizing this ESTABLISHMENT today I go in and the manager comes up to me after I explain to the young lady how my order is normally completed and the manager (she had the correction card) says "What is the problem?!" not "How can I help you?🙂" I then proceed to tell her that I've never been charged an additional $2 for queso because I never get a drink she stated that that's not how it works now so I told her to take the queso off and give me my drink. The drink that I chose was sweet tea which I might add was NOT sweet at all And to top things off I was standing in a puddle of whatever it was on the floor that I almost slipped and fell in which I brought to the attention of management and she said O my God how did that get there! Because of my experience today I probly will not visit this location for a while unless I get really hungry for tacos on Tuesday I'll just take my business to another location which I feel that takes customer satisfaction seriously. Management should realize that just one person's experience can make or break your company. A message to management at this location don't sweat the small stuff give the customers what they want it's worth...

This is most definitely a place you would want to EAT IN at. DO NOT ORDER VIA DOOR DASH or ANY third party app. What I have noticed is alot of good restaurants will serve your food in impeccable presentation and quality. But when they know they don't have to see the consumer in person it takes on a different turn. I placed an order made minor adjustments and within 7-10 minutes it was on it's way to me. Yeah, sounds great right? Not so much. On a normal dine in at Tijuana flats I order a beer, drink it and am still waiting an additional 15 mins before my food comes out. And that's on a QUIET NIGHT. It was very odd to me that my food was done so quickly especially being ordered via door dash. Anyways, the sauce I ordered was non existent when my food arrived and both meals reeked of old lettuce with a hint of canine odor. I have no clue what to think of this. You guys need to get it together before you lose more customers who actually wish to enjoy your food at great quality without having to leave the comfort of their own homes. It's 2020 third party delivery is the future of your business. GET IT TOGETHER OR HIRE STAFF WHO ACTUALLY CARE!!! And I don't think my rating is unfair for someone who @ one point came once a day for like a WHOLE WEEK. I honestly...
