I ordered the double baconator and a daves double. They gave me a daves single and a jr bacon cheeseburger with two patties (small). When I realized their mistake I drove back to get the order fixed and point out that an employee is obviously not doing their job correctly. When I asked to speak with the manager I waited almost 20 minutes to speak with her. The whole time she was in the back chit chatting with the employees. When I explained my order was not correct she asked for a receipt. I was never given a receipt, which she replied that it was my job to make sure that I do get one. She disappears to the back for 15 minutes to "look" for the receipt on the computer. Then comes back to tel me there was no record of my purchase. At this point I was blown away that this person could be a manager. She was clearly trying to make me give up. After all the back and forth with her I was finally given the choice to get my money back as long as I give them my uneaten food. I was more than happy to oblige at this point. They lady gave me all but 3 cents back and smirked at me saying that I was not going to get the 3 cents cause she can't give it to me. I rolled my eyes at her thinking to myself, if that is all she had to live for her life is incredibly sad. This was not the first time I have had problems with this Wendy's but it was my last. Read moreIf I could do a negative score I would 🙄. I placed a online order to speed up time progress so I can get off work, pick up my food and go home. Which is kinda what happened except 5 of my things were wrong, not left out but made wrong and they refused to give it to me or remake it. All I wanted was my food that I paid for which they refused to give which would be STEALING. Then instead of trying to talk to us about it, the "manager" then called the cops to have us trespassed when we did nothing wrong. I have never had any problems until tonight, and I usually give people the benefit of the doubt but when they steal your money then the "manager" does not even try to better situation; INSTEAD he goes in the Cash Office with the rest of the crew pointing and giggling at the customer that is very unprofessional. Do better Wendys or otherwise these people are gonna run your store to the ground. Smh Edit: they also claimed to be closing in 30 minutes(mind you, the time was 8PM) so Wendys if you're going to advertise "midnight" items, stay open till then or let your customers know...
Read moreI have never cared to write a Google review, but after what I saw today, I had to. We were passing through Jasper on our way to Blue Ridge and unfortunately decided to stop here. What I saw in the kitchen absolutely nauseated me, and I ended up throwing our food away after receiving it. The girl preparing the burgers had no gloves, no hair net, no mask (which I honestly don’t care about) - she had a stack of cheese just sitting on the counter that she was peeling slices from barehanded. She would touch anything and everything around her then proceed to fix the food. But what bothered me were the two young guys, both bare handed, sticking their hands in the fry basket and chicken nugget basket and eating them while simultaneously preparing people’s orders. To get the fries and nuggets into people’s bags, they just stuck their bare hands in there. I’m sure this probably goes on in a lot of kitchens behind the doors but the fact that they knew I was watching them and couldn’t care less was disturbing, especially in the middle...
