What was a pleasant place to dine turned sour this evening. I arrived at 8:30 to a worker cleaning up for closing (they close at 9). The grill was scrubbed clean and she was putting cling wrap over what could be saved for tomorrow. She stopped me and stuttered over telling that “the system is down, no orders”. Needless to say there were no apologies. It felt like an evening employee trying to go home early. I had cash, I would’ve paid for my sandwiches and moved on, run the order through after the system comes back up. The workers were very helpful and patient with us because none of us have been here before. After we got our sandwiches, this old lady came in and asked about a mobile order that she demanded to be done by 5 when she ordered and instantly got upset when it wasn’t ready. It was 4:55. She then repeatedly, and loudly, kept yelling at the workers to make sure the sandwich was cut into 4. However, the workers did a very good job at handling the angry woman. Read more6/8/2024. 2:30pm. Hands down the worst customer service I've ever encountered. I don't say this lightly but it was obvious that the women working does not like white people. So uncomfortable we ate in the car in front just to be out of there. She wouldn't even take the $50 for a $27 two sub order from the counter, making my GF lift it to her hand although I had payed and would've refused. Incredibly disappointed. I own a resort and would immediately fire someone affecting my business like that.
