I was excited when my family and I chose Romas because my experience with my local Romas has always been excellent. Jefferson Romas is a polar opposite. A table of 3 adults and 3 children we were immediately served 2 garlic & oil plates & 2 saucers for our bread which we got upon request 10 min after being seated. We had to get up to request silverware and got the remaining amount of saucers for everyone. One server had her small daughter in the back which left our server the only one working. We had to request refills and one guest still never got another. Onto the food the chicken parmesean had an off taste. The lobster ravioli looked & tasted bad (which is my favorite at my local Romas). The lasagna is pre-made so it was delicious! I know this was a long review but I just didn't want someone else thinking this was a great atmosphere with wonderful service. Our server did the best she could...

After reading reviews and didn’t see anything bad we decided to try this place out. Well when we walked in there is no one else in there (should’ve been our first clue) ordered spinach and artichoke dip it came out very hot but on the dry side with no flavor. Me and my husband ordered the eggplant and chicken parmigiana. The eggplant came out just 2 slices and not battered just cheese and sauce on it, the chicken looked to be a frozen battered piece that was microwaved. Nothing had flavor at all. We were really disappointed then when we paid the waitress watched my husband at our table fill out the receipt idk if she thought he wouldn’t tip or what but he left a 10$ tip

So idk how they have so many positive reviews but ours was definitely not a...

We have been visiting Jefferson for several years and just moved here a month ago. Tony’s is just about the only place here open most days, and the food is consistent and solid. The sauce is kind of perfect - not too sweet not too salty, and the rolls are always hot and yummy! The family that runs the place gives great service and is always cheerful and relaxing to be around. Atmosphere - not fabulous but not bad, except that for Christmas I’m sending them new Italian playlists… Andre Bocelli on repeat when we go there a lot is making us a wee bit crazy! ;). But, I’m a music person so that’s important to me, maybe not others. Overall so very grateful to have a good, happy, consistent spot to...

On Sunday night, we were in the mood for pizza and decided to try this place based on its numerous glowing reviews. It absolutely lived up to the hype. While the decor could use a refresh, that’s the only downside—the food and service were outstanding. The cheese bread was delicious, paired with a sauce that stood out from typical marinara; it was mild yet packed with flavor. We ordered a 14" supreme pizza, piled high with fresh, tasty toppings. The crust was the real star—firm with just the right amount of crunch at the edges, exactly how we love it. We’re already looking forward to coming back to try more of their tempting dishes.

If you like microwaved, dry overcooked anything loaded with nothing but salt then this is the place for you! You could hear the microwave in the kitchen. Worst excuse for an Italian restaurant I've ever tried. The chicken parm was swimming in oil and almost inedible it was so dried out. The meatball sub had no sauce, meatballs that were probably made last week they were so dry and the entire sandwich was cold. I DO NOT refined l recommend this place at all. Go to the grocery store and get a tv dinner. It'll taste better
