My son and I had the Most Wonderful Opportunity to meet a young women by the name of Rebecca!! She works at the McDonald's near 41st and Yale. While I did not meet Rebecca's boss....my son and I could tell straight away, the "Boss Lady :(", Did Not Respect, Nor Was she Appreciative In Any Way, the Enthusiasm and Dedicated Commitment Ms Rebecca made to "the Customers"!!! MANAGERS, ....Managers, should you see this, Please Please, FIRE the "so called Boss Lady :(" for Discrimination against this Wonderfully Helpful Committed Employee!!!! Either, Demote the ":( 'person'", and either give Ms Rebecca the largest raise ever, maybe be Promoted "as the Boss ;)". It saddens Our Heart to 'know' this style of Behavior is Acceptable to McDonalds!!!! My son and I Believe Strongly Correction needs Change on behalf of the Employees, so called Boss!!! My son and I were at this 41st and Yale McDonald's location at Noon, on Friday, October the 26th, 2018! I Post this, to help make an Even Better Valuable Employee be Proud of Herself..... We Will be back to visit, just to make sure, McDonald's, you show your Value to your "MOST VALUABLE EMPLOYEE!!" Read moreThis place is generally a hit and miss when it comes to good service. The last time I came here, I went through the drive thru on my lunch break. I got there first, but they first took the order of the car that pulled up after me in the other lane. When he got to me, the guy let me get through my entire order (it was a large order) before telling me to hold on. Annoying, but not the worst part. I proceeded to wait for a bit and started to say hello, but no one answered, so I pulled up to the first window and no one was there. I waited a few mins for someone to come, but no one ever did, so I finally pulled up to the second window and I was straight up IGNORED for at least 2 minutes. They could all see me waving at them but no one was in any kind of hurry. The guy finally acknowledged me and got smart with me about his reason for never getting back to me at the beginning of the drive thru. I just let him take my order right there and give me my food and I left. I was the only customer in the line the whole time. This entire ordeal almost made me late returning to work. I couldn’t enjoy my food because I had to scarf it all down in the car. Long story short... This McDonald’s leaves little...

It became obvious he wasn't going to inform the manager, so I asked to speak to the manager. I told her of what happened and that I find it inexcusable to not offer an apology in a customer service oriented business. She never said a word and also never apologized. She just nodded and walked away. I was shocked and then asked the young man to get the manager and have her refund my money. The only words she ever spoke to me was, "put your card here please." I was very disappointed with their lack of simple curtesy. It may be the closest to my home, but they will not get...
