Alfalfa — Restaurant in Jersey City

I’ve ordered delivery a few times via DoorDash. (Never again!) Twice when I was sick, because their chicken bone broth sells itself to flu-bearers. Both times, my bone broth came almost entirely spilled.

Today, I called to suggest that they perhaps change the packaging to make it easier for delivery drivers, as I was fiercely ill and once again disappointed without the bone broth. The gentleman on the phone was so kind, and offered to have one of their in-house delivery drivers bring me a complimentary cup. (Who knew that they had one? DoorDash begone!)

I recently visited this new salad fast casual restaurant and was blown away by the quality of food and service. I ordered the West Coast salad and it was absolutely incredible. The fresh mix of greens, avocado, dates, and I added grilled chicken, made for a perfect combination of flavors. The portion size was also very generous.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure my experience was a pleasant one. The restaurant itself had a modern and clean decor, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a healthy meal. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant.

Everyone here is so friendly, it is always a happy experience even with 2 crazy kids. The donuts are blow your mind even flavors like an apple cider I thought "how is this special" but, then I got one...fireworks....I mean I have had apple cider donuts before but this, THIS was a.freaking.amazing. I had never tasted an apple cider donut like that before and realized I have been doing it all wrong and that was just an apple cider donut the others just keep getting better!! The bone broth is piping hot and the salads help you feel healthy after eating 5 of the addicting donuts :)!! I always recommend this place 5...
