Dunkin' — Restaurant in Jersey City

Definitely zero stars because of the service. Theres a white lady with a ponytail who raises her voice and talks about customers. I had went to charge my phone but prior to that i ordered something so i wouldn’t just be sitting charging my phone. I asked my sister to connect my phone and in front of everyone she yelled out loud “don’t sit there i put that there for a reason”. My 11 year old sister walked away and just sat there quietly. Honestly she’s lucky I don’t like doing anything in front of my sister, I would’ve acted out right there. I am not sure how many people she’s acted this way with but i am definitely not the one. As we got our order I heard her say to the short chinita “just because one couple sat down now everybody wants to sit”. Such an unprofessional white lady. If you don’t want to work there anymore the door is right there walk out and find somewhere else to go, no one is begging...

The customer services at this place is disrespectful. There have been couple of times that when I get home the donuts and the croissants are stale. Today, 7/26 at 10:45am, in a very polite way, I asked the lady to please make sure the donuts are fresh, that’s it. The lady bent out of shape and started to arguing with me. Then, an indian young lady came over and told me in a rude way to go buy my donuts at shop rite! Really? is this the way Dunkin Donuts treat their loyal customers? I have been a regular customer for many years, but unfortunately the franchise is not the same it used to be. Therefore, as the young lady said, I will take my business somewhere else. Always out of speciality milk for more than a week at a time. Certain mornings you have to wait literally 20-45 minutes for your order. They cannot handle their business at all when it gets busy. They close their mobile app service and forget to put it back on certain days. They close early on sunday nights and still allow you to purchase food and drinks and tell you to come back another day to get them. Today I ordered two lattes at 8:30 on the mobile app. It's now 9:22 and I'm still waiting. I had to ask them what happened to my order for them to start making it. Unreal. This is the last time I come here. I had enough. Going to walk a little farther to Summit Ave but totally worth it. Getting coffee to start your morning is supposed to put you in a good mood.
