I visited your establishment today, November 1st, 2024, around 2 PM. I ordered a latte, and honestly, it was the worst I’ve had in a long time. I didn’t have high expectations, just wanted a decent latte. The person who made it seemed to have no idea how to make one properly. Their technique for steaming the milk was very poor. It was like coffee with milk, and not even a good version of that. This seems to be a management issue, as there clearly hasn’t been proper training for the staff. The sweets were all amazing. None of them tasted excessively sweet, and they all had quite a light taste. I did not get to try the chocolate Cantucci or the bread but my friend did eat all of that bread so he must of liked it! He used it for the big breakfast we cooked on our final day together.
Cashier was friendly and professional. Service was great and quick! Will definitely come back again the next...
Read moreI was so excited for Prato to open. The sandwiches look delicious but every time I go in there, it’s empty and they have 1-2 sandwiches out. My sandwiches don’t taste fresh - maybe sitting out too long which isn’t a good feeling when they cost $17! Bread is stale and hard to chew. Meat is starting to harden in the sandwich.
The cantucci and other desserts are delicious. Coffee is great. Service is very good. I really want to like Prato because it’s so close to where I live but for now it’s a bit overpriced and doesn’t feel fresh.
I don’t want to give up on Prato - please make...
