CUSTOMERS BE WARE!!! If you don’t like the service you aren’t allowed to write a bad review or else you won’t be able to use other services like eyebrow threading etc.

This is to address the owner/owners/Management! Firstly, I am not a person who leaves reviews every now and then! But this situation here I really couldn’t hold myself back!

The new Manger here is very unprofessional! First she literally refused service just coz I had few questions that I was not convinced by the answers she gave (the way she spoke) and that too I agreed to pay whatever it is! Yet she was rude! Ref - my previous review!

Moreover, I believe in second chances! I gave her the benefit of doubt that she may have had a long day that day! I was there again (letting go of the previous experience and other reason being its right next to my place) This time a friend accompanied me as she just needed a regular manicure and I was heading to get my nails done. It was all good and she(Manager) did try to make up to me and asked me take off the review, as I said I let go off the previous experience and took off the review!

Cut to last Friday, I go there for my eyebrows and she says she will not give me the service because my friend wrote her the review and I wasn’t aware of it at the time! Which I felt was very unprofessional, unfair and holding grudges for the retaliation of your own actions!

Upon speaking to my friend post Friday to see what exactly happened! And I now feel her review was fair as she didn’t like the service!

Now if her argument is that I do not like her work so why should she service there no sense there coz eyebrows and nails are done by different people! As I have been getting my nails done for years and I have never wrote any review on anyone’s hardwork and creativity! You can have it verified!

Moreover I never wrote anything about the work that’s been provided irrespective of me liking the end results!

So, firstly, if a person doesn’t like something that they are paying for isn’t allowed to review? My point is, I have spent 100s of dollars at your store and this is how you treat your customers!

Advice to the Manager- Grow up! You are in customer service domain if you get appreciation for your work you’ll get criticism for the area you lack!

I wasn’t there when my friend came to get her nails fixed not even sure what happened and you taking out on me wasn’t fair!

If you can’t handle criticism then you really shouldn’t be in this business!

FYI I am a lisenced cosmetologist so I know how professional nail service is supposed to be executed.So this rating is not for the entire business but for the one"nail tech" that did my uv gel nails. So I made an appointment same day which they accommodated for me; I asked them over the phone how much for gel polish French pedi and uv gel set and they said around 100 for everything I ended up paying 135 plus 5 dollars each tech for tip. The nail tech is named Tiffany and by the way she told me her name after she was done. The first thing she did that sent red flags was when she was sanding my natural nails the first nail she did was my pinky; she drilled my natural nail bed so hard that she literally peeled my nail back and cut my natural nail in the picture you can see my nail bed which is under my nails. BUT WAIT theres more she kept quiet as she did my nails and she bent my nails while filling them with a nail file about 5 times and she kept hurting me with the drill she only apologized once and that was after I was getting really frustrated. She literally had me jumpy and nervous when she was reaching for my nails with the file and drill. She was rushing the service and was working too quickly and not taking her time to properly form my nails evenly some of my nails are uneven and some are a bit lumpy. She never spoke to me the entire time only to tell me to book the refill service after 3 weeks then that's when she told me her name. I was next to another nail tech and she was so nice I was pathetically joining in on their convo cause apparently my nail tech was not into talking much or even truly invested in me her client. The other nail tech was way more into her client and was even entertaining my conversation with them. I will not ever recomend this nail tech to anyone I'm not sure why she treated me this way this is the first time I ever left a bad review ever but I just wanted to warn everyone interested in getting their nails done here. Like I said the entire nail salon staff does not seem like this particular tech the lady who did my uv gel polish pedi on the other hand was pleasant and didn't hurt me once. I think I was overcharged definitely and the cost wasn't broken down too much but I still tipped each one 5 dollars because I know what it's like to do services on clients but Tiffany truly did not deserve a dime and I dont think I'll ever be back. The service was bad and my nails look ok but I'm only like 75 percent satisfied with the finished product and 0 percent satisfied with the service...

There are two Judiths/Judys — one Latina (highly skilled, gets the best reviews and I strongly recommend her) and another one. To book the excellent Latina Judith, you’ll need her WhatsApp number, which you can get by approaching her directly (she’s a glamorous, beautiful lady). The same applies to Lourdes — contact her directly for appointments, and she does pedicures and all types of nails as well.

My Go-To Recommendations 💅 The Works — Acrylic/Extension Nails and designs (Work, Wedding, Event, Hot Date) Judith (Latina) – THE BEST for acrylic/gels and designs like wedding based nails, French, etc. Book directly with her, not through the salon phone. She also does fantastic Deluxe Pedicures and does the deep digging. When I need long-lasting, flawless nails for business trips or special occasions, pick Judith, Lourdes or Maria. Lourdes - Amazing too. Set up appointment directly with her. Maria – You can book her by calling the salon. She is very skilled and very sweet.

🦶 Pedicures Lourdes – My FAVORITE along with Judith. Known for her excellent technique, especially for sensitive skin (recommended by my male friend). Book with her directly. I also have had my deep pedicures with Lourdes. Carolina – I haven’t had a pedicure with her yet, but I’ve watched her work on friends and others. She uses special products and careful techniques. Judith - I mentioned earlier Maria - Great Jesse - Great too!
