Dunkin' — Restaurant in Jersey Village

Worst food service ever! I came in to try the NEW Breakfast Taco and what i got was not a breakfast taco AT ALL. It was a breakfast tortilla (if anything). I ordered a large caramel frozen coffee with caramel drizzle on the inside as well as on top. Low and behold, there was little to none caramel inside nor on top as asked. Along with my frozen coffee i ordered 3 of the breakfast tacos. Something told me to stop and check my bag before i drove off and headed into work. One of the tacos was okay, no complaints, but the other 2 tacos were literally just 3 small pieces of egg, a whole bunch of sauce and corn. When i asked if they could be re-made, the manager took the 2 tacos and simple placed them back on the grill (even though my hands had touched all over them when i was checking them) and handed them back to. When i finally made it to work and was able to eat and what i thought to be "enjoy" the NEW Breakfast Tacos, the tacos were burnt to crisp and tasted like burnt plastic above anything. Also, i understand every food establishment has there own dress codes, but i do not think its professional for any employee at a fast food restaurant to show up to work in sweatpants/pajamas and the manager simply allows it. From the drive-thru it is hard to see, but when i had the issues with my food and saw the dress attire of the employees, it gave me a sense that the place was a bit unsanitary. I hope i hear back from at least the store or corporate in a timey manner. If not, i will be following up within the week, or next 5 business...

I went in with my 9 year old daughter before school. I know .. Bad idea for breakfast but she wanted doughnuts. A man at the counter asked how many doughnuts we wanted. I told him that I did not know it all depends on which ones my daughter picks out. He told us that we needed to know how many we wanted before we get in line or we would be wasting his time. There was another lady taking orders which had already badged the doughnuts for my daughter. All he had to do was count them and charges me. He made such a scene that it made my daughter cry. He told us not to ever come in if we do not know up front the number of doughnuts we want. ... Really... What 9 year old child knows exactly the number of doughnuts that they will want before they walk in. I had never seen this men before. He was so rude and arrogant. I thought he was just a new employee that needed training. I asked to speak to the manager. He told me he was in charge and there was no one to complains to... Wrong... I ended up calling the corporate number. Seems that these types of DD are not the actual DD chain. They are a franchises with individual owners. They think that they are God and can treat people how ever they want. Oh did I mention. I later found out that the uncouth arrogant man was the owner. I have been taking my business a few blocks down the street to Shipleys. They have been wonderful!!! Very...

Sooooo.... I went to , 7510 Hwy 6 N, Houston, TX 77095 on 10/22/2016 at 530 a.m. to get some donuts for my team to have a good start to the morning. Dunkin Donuts aren't everywhere so i had to go out of the way quite a bit. There I walked in and was greeted (good start) by a Little old lady but was also told she would be with me shortly. I waited until she was done with her drive thru customer and thought that I would be next. NOPE. She took another order on her headset at the register (right in front of me) and didn't even bother with me. No worries though, i still waited patiently. She finished her order and gave it to the customer and then came to take mine. I ordered 2 dozen variety donuts and picked up one of the fancy DD tumblers and ordered coffee to put in it. She said OK...never rang up my order...she told me to hold on and took ANOTHER DRIVE THRU ORDER! Now by this point I'm cutting into my drive time. I watched as she took this $4.89 order over my almost $25 order. I watched as she keyed it into the register. I watched as she made the iced coffee and I watched as she handed it out the window...NOPE.... Needless to say, I had an "awesome" time driving out of my way to get to a DUNKIN DONUTS, just to be d*cked around. Thanks...
