Recently returned to Fazoli's after a long period of not eating there due to my dissatisfaction of the changes that had occurred in the food quality. I was thrilled to find the quality has returned ! I had the Spicy Penne with sausage and totally enjoyed my meal. Not only had the quality I expected out of Fazoli's returned, but the things I have always enjoy about Fazoli's has remained consistant. This is an exceptionally clean restaurant. The staff is very friendly with a professional appearance. The server continued to bring fresh breadsticks around that is always a treat. We were treated as guests. I gave Fazoli's 5 stars as the food quality is excellent and falls in line with reasonable pricing along with the previously mentioned positive remarks. Yes, you can go to higher end restaurants and pay higher end prices. But, Fazoli's has came back strong in my opinion and I will definitely be returning. I did get pretty good impressions towards the food though the lettuce in my salad was browning and wilting. Not the freshest salad. Urinal in men’s restroom was overflowing on my recently polished shoes. No signage in men’s restroom about the urinal! Manager Sherry in the blue shirt was walking around using a loud tone of voice telling customers how horrible other restaurants are compared to Fazoli’s. They lack professionalism, employees don’t seem to want to be there. Upon telling Sherry of these issues, she doesn’t offer any apology simply responds “ok”. She brought out the wrong dish, and when I explained what I ordered and wanted, she proceeded to scold me in a very angry and hateful tone as though I was a child. My fiancé told her she was being rude, and that there was no need for the attitude. Tiffany C stormed off shouting she wasn’t being rude, in a hateful volume and tone. She sent a different waitress out with the correct dish, but it was cold. Rather than get nowhere in the store by asking either waitress to get a manager, we simply left. I’ve never had such a terrible experience at a Fazolis before. We also discovered we had been charged for the wrong dish after this explosion of rage from Tiffany C. She never offered to refund the overcharge. Tiffany C’s employment should be terminated immediately.
