I've been wanting to come here and finally made the trip. I forgot to order hot fries but since they were so busy I figured I would get hot fries however they were just lukewarm. I only like hot fries so that was my only disappointment. The chicken fingers were tasty and so was the sauce and the coleslaw was standard that I get most places. I was a little confused because I saw sweet tea behind the counter for extra charge yet they had that on the floor for a choice of beverages. It seem like I could only order a few different meals and would have liked to order a lot less since I cannot eat that much. All in all the chicken fingers were tasty but I felt the price was a little high. I also upgraded to lemonade which is an extra charge. From the way that toast looked I was expecting it to taste a little better and it was just average. I also wish that I could order a kids meal because that's all I really can eat and had to bring over half of meal home. I would have preferred just having a smaller meal. I thought about ordering the three pieces instead of the four but it did not come with coleslaw and would have been an extra charge so I went with the four-piece meal. Parking seemed a little limited also since I took the last spot available.

Brand new location and it opened with a bang! Great customer service and fresh tasty Chicken tenders - speciality of Cane's! Glad they opened a location close to me as I will be there often as I used to when we live in Texas. Hope others get to enjoy this new place soon, you won't be disappointed! UPDATE: Food is still fresh and plenty...just watch for rush times as they do get busy inside and via drive thru UPDATE 2: Like others, they have staff shortages so, be careful when you go as they're extremely busy during rush times. Our family did notice the shrinkage as well for tender size and quantity of sides one gets - again, just like everywhere else these days

I ate here a lot years ago when I was in Baton Rouge. The chicken an chicken sauce is delicious, way way better than Chick-fil-A. The tea is great, I get unsweetened but if you love southern tea this is the place for you. They also have lemonade and Arnold Palmers. I'm subtracting a star because on my visit the chicken tenders were so tiny. Like they took a regular tender and cut it in thirds. You can see in my pic next to a little fry. I see in other photos this isn't typical, so I guess I'm just unlucky. I really wish they had a spicy chicken sandwich. Their sandwich is good but it needs a bit of heat.

All the recent reviews here seem to be people just clicking 5 stars and leaving no explanations which is suspicious to me, but we picked to eat here for the first time anyhow.

I'll start by saying the place was dirty. This was probably one of the filthiest eateries I have seen in a long time. Every booth seat was greasy with food particles on it. Every table was wet with garbage and food particles on it. The drink area was dirty with sticky liquid and garbage around it. The floors were coated with oil or something from the bathrooms to all over the restaurant. It was like being on ice. You had to grip the table and chairs to get up otherwise your feet would just slide out from under you. A lady came in and asked for her table to be cleaned it was so dirty, and the cashier said nothing, came out and wiped it down and went back behind the counter, leaving all the other tables still dirty. If the public's view was that bad, can you imagine how dirty the back/parts you can't see are?? I was so grossed out I couldn't finish the meal and we left. Outside, the garbage can was stuffed to the brim and overflowing, it obviously hadn't been touched in a while.

The chicken was just ok. It had no flavor. The breading was tasteless. I definitely prefer chick-fil-a over this. The sauces were not good either. We had the Cane's sauce and tried the honey mustard. Both were strange and disappointing.

Needless to say I won't ever be back, to any Cane's, when Chick-fil-a is cleaner, more caring, with better tasting food and sauces. I'm a Level 7 guide with over 200 reviews and it takes less than one hand to count how many one star reviews...

1/9/24 9:00pm ish. I walk in and no one is calling for a register person. 2 minutes I'm still standing there and finally they're calling the register person. They show up and take my order no biggie but soon as she grabs a cup for me for a fountain drink she proceeds to cough in her hand (the same hand that's holding my cup) and I ask for a new one but then she puts the brand new cup inside of the one she just coughed on. I toss the cup she coughed on the ground cause clearly after explaining she contaminated that cup to "throw it away" didn't register so now I gave her a reason to. Whole time after I'm just watching that she doesn't cough on my food too (which why is this place letting her touch food and cups if she's sick) but a new employee did it. If you're going in the drive thru you're not seeing how many of these kids are...
