I ordered today 4/20 at 6:25 order number 287
We got a number 1 and a number 6. We also order a vanilla shake and a dirt and worm sundae.
We got our ice cream fast. But, I got handed a dirt and worm concert instead of a sundae. After checking the receipt it was typed in wrong so I just left it alone because I hate wasting food.
Then they called out 286 ... 288, 289 then 290. (note: this was just register two. Orders 127 through 130 had also gone out from register one.) It seems like a very long wait for my order so I asked the lady handing out food if 287 was coming up. At this point, I had seen many chicken sandwiches and burgers sent out ahead of ours and I just wanted to make sure it wasn't lost. She told me it was still on the screen and I would probably get it soon.
Then came 291, 292 and 293 plus other orders from register one as well. So I went up again and just stood there until finally a different lady looked at my order number and started ordering people to make my food. I believe she used the term on the fly to describe how to handle making my food. At least this time I think someone was going to try to help me.
I got there at 6:25 and it was 6:53 before I finally got my order. We order it for there but they put in it a to-go bag... but I didn't care at that point.
I got to the table to hand my wife her chicken sandwich and it had ketchup and pickle on it... It was supposed to mayo and pickle. So this time my wife when up the showed them order 287 and asked for her sandwich.
Not one person said they were sorry for the wait or sorry for the getting our order wrong. They did address the problem after my second attempt to get help. Our order was a double cheese burger and fried chicken sandwich and I saw many of them handed out. Not sure why I had to ask for my food twice.
Side note: I order Andy's all the time and never have issues with having gas afterwards. Freddy's gave me some very bad gas. I like custard because most of the custard I've eat hasn't gave me gas the way Ice-cream normally does. I'll stick with Andy's for custard. However, realize that this didn't impact their overall score. They got the 2 stars for making so many mistakes without attempting to apologize.    Read moreThe place seemed very clean and looked nice. Most of the employees were friendly. There were only 2 customers in the dining room. That was us and one other. It took at least a couple minutes for someone to take our order ( and there were at least 10 employees). When she asked what we would like on our burgers, I said âeverything youâve got to put on them except for ketchupâ. It took a little while to get our food and the burgers only had mustard, pickle and onion. The meat is very thin on the burgers and Iâm not very crazy about those tiny little fries. No serious complaints at this point tho. We finished our meals and I went back to the register to order sundaes. I stood there for SEVERAL minutes before a female finally came to take my order. I ordered two turtle sundaes. I paid for them at 10:16 and it was 10:32 when they were brought to our table (at this point, we are the only customers), only it wasnât sundaes.    Read moreContacted the link, was given the franchise owner. Never heard a thing. I encourage the people of Jonesboro to eat here. Freddie's is usually our go-to place when we are traveling. The Jonesboro store, however, is awful. We stopped to eat lunch, hard to beat a steak burger. There were 2 people in the store with food. We waited 15 minutes for the girl at the counter to get off her phone. We should have left then. The tea in the dispensers was water. There were a few people that came in after us. They were waited on and received their food within a few minutes. We waited 15 minutes and went to check on our order. Not ready yet... 5 minutes after that, we got cold burgers and fries. After looking around, the problem was evident. We were the wrong color... We won't be stopping at that location EVER again. I am going to encourage others not to...
