I only have one complaint. If I order a meal deal that comes with a half dozen biscuits, I feel like butter, and honey should be something that comes with the meal. And, although I personally prefer 2 packets of each condiment per biscuit, I feel as if each biscuit should come with at least one of both condiments. It's like ordering mashed potatoes and not getting the gravy. Or nachos and not getting the cheese. I mean its "buttery flavored" spread and a "honey like" sauce product. I just spent $77 on some chicken, a couple of biscuits, and 3/4 of a cup of instant mashed potatoes. I'd be willing to bet a nice chunk of change that tossing a couple of 1/3 full packets of faux sauce like condiment products in with the half rack of biscuits I just paid way too much for and are inevitably going to be as dry as the sand in the desert and virtually inedible before I get to them, probably isn't going to send the company, an american institution, into some kind of downward financial spiral plummeting it's stock and net worth nose first into a fire blazen explosion of certain death, forcing the Colonel to close it's doors permanently, and seek out new means of employment at some other lame overpriced fast food competitors location just to make ends meet. Hey Saunders, just throw in some butter and honey with your once superior, but as of late, mediocre at best bone dry excuse you call a biscuit and we will keep coming back for your extremely overpriced and slightly less than average cholesterol bombs you call food. Sound...
Read moreWell if you read the other reviews you will see a ongoing consistency with the fact of waiting way to long and being given the run around. Well here I sit...no this is not the first time we have tried so very many times to give them chance and chance again to make it right because we love KFC. I will not tell about all the other times similar things have happened but we have even spoke to the owner and he told us what we should do when we order our food he asked if we will call ahead and let the staff know we are coming in has to not blind side them with "36" piece order of chicken. So we did that today was told it was going to be a 45 to hour wait I was not excited about it taking that long but figured okay so when I got to the store I was told it was going to be another 45 minute wait as beciase I had not yet paid for my order and they gave my chicken away to people who came after me but had paid for there order so they were first. Noone would take responsibility then I was told there cook left for the day so they were waiting for the other cook to come in, then I was told the manager left and said she would be right back but the gentleman who I was speaking to told me she had not returned for quite some time. So here I sit now 1:15 minutes after I ordered my food still waiting for my 36 pieces of chicken. Oh and when I asked for a receipt they refused to...
Read moreI wouldn't even give them 1 star, but I had to so I could review it. We had been at Glacier Park and were driving to Missoula for the night. Stopped in to get 2 hotdogs and 2 drinks to eat in. There were 2 guys working and one young girl who had a towel wrapped around her arm because she had hurt herself. We were the only 2 people in there, but had to wait 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge we were there. Ordered our hotdogs, paid, and got our drinks after I reminded the young man that he had not given us any cups. We then went and sat down and waited for our 2 hotdogs for 15 minutes! When they finally brought them to us, we each took one bite and spit it out and got up and left--no one even acknowledged that we were leaving because they were somewhere in the back. We left because the bun was stale and both the hotdog and sauce were cold--not refrigerator cold, just room temperature. We were there around 7:30 and the floor was so dirty as were the tabletops and one table still had a dirty rag on it. There is no way that they could have been that busy on one day to have had that dirty of a floor. The actual date we were there was...
