Starbucks — Restaurant in Kalispell

I ordered a coffee and danish through the drive thru. Took a sip of the coffee as Im driving away it tasted burnt. I tried again in case it was me. No. It was bad. So i drove through the drive thru and decided to go to the window and not annouce it through the speaker. Trying to be nice. When i get there the girl at the window doesnt look at me and the barista comes straight to the window. Like she new something was wronge. I explained it tasted burnt, she took the coffee and started a new one. Then came to the window and scolded me, telling me next time go to the box and tell them so she can have coffee done. Keep in mind it took less that 3 minutes to make it. Then she walked away finished the coffee Handed it to the girl at the window instead of handing it directly to me. (But she worried about time) I let the girl know I will be contacting corporate and the manager and i will never be back. I shouldnt have to drive thru again to get a coffee and i was trying to be nice. No sorry. Nothing. This happened 11/3/2019 at 10:00 am. I usually go through locally owned coffee shops and i dearly regret not doing...

Little frustrated because I’ve noticed that every time I order a hot venti sized drink, they always taste extremely watered down to the point there is almost no flavor. I order the chai latte and pumpkin spice latte often. I originally would order the venti but started ordering the smaller sizes to make sure it wasn’t watered down. Today I decided to try again with getting a venti chai and I got my mom a smaller chai, hers tasted correct and had great flavor and sadly the venti tasted like warm watered down milk and didn’t compare to the smaller size at all. I couldn't taste any chai. I really enjoy the workers here and they have always been so nice, however it’s tough to justify spending more money for something that isn’t being made intentionally incorrectly. I could just order the small sizes but I would like to have the venti while I’m at work all day. Again, I love the workers here and I just hope this is communicated so I can start ordering...

This Starbucks is one of the more Central coffee shops in town. it's on the North End of historic downtown Kalispell and right next to Kalispell Center mall so it's pretty much an ideal location. although entering and exiting this Starbucks is a little tricky because you have to come into the parking lot of the mall essentially to get in and out. it's not directly accessible from the main roads. the staff there are friendly and helpful and of course make a quality Starbucks coffee or tea or whatever you would like. they have an outdoor sitting area a small fireplace and cozy indoor seating, but there isn't room for a large group of people. it's small and quaint and good for a friend or two to Take Along or just to go through the drive-thru.
