Taco John's — Restaurant in Kalispell

I was there 5/11/24 around 9pm. There was a couple seated and no one in line inside (not sure how busy the takeout line was). My husband placed our order and we sat down. It was 18 minutes later that we were served our food. The food was missing a large potato Ole. I went back up to get it, but the three young boys were swamped with orders. Disorganized kitchen with trash all over the floor including wrappers and potato oles. I waited for 4 minutes for someone to come and approach me. The gentleman apologized and served me promptly.

While I was standing there waiting for the cashier to approach me I was looking at the prices and my receipt. The #7 street taco steak trio was listed at $7.89 with the large option, it added $2.39. Totaling 10.28. An added sour cream is $1.49, totaling $11.77. The price I was charged on my receipt was $15.17! 15 bucks for 3 small street tacos, drink and potato oles is outrageous. I questioned the cashier nicely, and his response was, "oh, I'm not really good at math". I took out the calculator and showed him. I asked, where does the $15.17 come from. He was flabbergasted and he couldn't speak. Customers had come through the door and I told him to take care of them. It wasn't worth my breath to discuss $3 and some change.

Bottom line of this long story; what is posted on the viewing board and what is in the computer are two totally different charges!

I will say this, do NOT go here if you're in a rush, or care about the price vs what you are getting in quality/quanitity of food. And don't go here if you're a vegetarian or a pescetarian. They don't even offer a fish...

Ok so I usually don’t post reviews Iam former taco johns of kalispell GM and later came back when they brought TJ back to Kalispell I was then just Supervisor… I left for medical reasons but I recently placed an order in drive thru order #1#2 two crunchy chicken and potatoes burritos and steak quesadilla and two super potato oles and once we arrived at the window the young gentleman was rude argumentative and had zero cares the other crew were in heated argument cursing and yelling zero cares to detail they closed there drive thru down 3 hrs early and argued with me about the meat and potatoes burritos that grill chicken was what went in them I said no there crunchy chicken it comes with tomato lettuce potatoes and nacho cheese sour cream ! What I got was disgusting grilled chicken smothered in mild sauce and onions and cheddar cheese . The number two is supreme burrito comes with bean taco meat mild sauce lettuce tomato sour cream olives and cheddar cheese what we got was smothered bean burrito ! Super oles we’re a mess and because they closed drive thru and Lobby was unable to get my meal fixed 51$ down the drain very upset with the quality of service and the crew training!!! One star...

I usually don’t leave reviews but this has been on my mind since I returned home from vacation last week. I went through the drive threw and ordered a super nacho minus tomatoes the young lady at the window gave me my order and I noticed the it had the tomatoes on it and asked if I could get it corrected. I was a little frustrated because of traveling with kids. I made the the young lady noticeably sad and she asked a man inside to help assist her make it right, he must have been the manager..... He was very good consoling her and correcting our order quickly and efficiently!! I just want to apologize for my shortness and thank that young man for having the patience to juggle fixing my mistake of not being kind and for the amazing customer service he provided me! We will definitely return if we are in the area again and hope that I can buy these two lunch on us. Thank you...
