This one star is not for the food, this is for service. I am one of the biggest fan of HaHa’s pizza and a constant person who order’s always from HaHa’s pizza.
Tonight at 7:50 pm ish at 10.02.24, I called just like I called around 30/40 times to order from this place before and wanted to order “2 Build my Own Pizza with 2 toppings: one is philly steak and one is siracha spicy chicken”
She(The lady who was taking the order-she did not tell her name) kept telling me that those are gourment pizza and I can not order those as one topping, I kept telling her and she kept denying! Then I told her okay let’s go over again and tell me the topping name and she mentioned a lot of topping without saying Siracha spicy chicken and philly steak.
Then I told her that I opened the website and I can see in the “build my own pizza” I can see both the toppings as the first topping and she finally took the order.
The reason I am sharing this is because, being a constant supporter and client of HaHa’s pizza I think I do not deserve this and no loyal client of HaHa’s pizza does. I knew this place from when Firas used to run this place and today’s incident was utterly dissapointing. I am friends with cousins of the owner and I will make sure I share this experience with them. Honestly I am hurt!
BTW they took 50 minutes to...
Read moreThis is a Halal pizza place. Everything is halal. They do not have a lot of space inside to sit down and enjoy your meal. Its 2 tables and 4 chairs, and they don't have any extra chairs either. We ordered- Pepperoni pizza - 7/10, nothing extraordinary, very basic. They could have used a bit more Pepperoni for the price. I dont know maybe its not their best sellers? Cheeseburger - 5/10, it was actually so average, it was store bought patties with a slice of cheese, no mayo/mustard or anything with soggy fries. It was a bit disappointing, really. Chicken wings with mango habanero sauce - 6/10,again, very average, they were fried fresh and tossed in some sauce straight out of a bottle, it wasnt even that spicy. I wish the size was bigger, though.
I am usually very lenient with my ratings, but there are just some things I can not compromise on, and that is cleanliness and hygiene. It was pretty uncomfortable seeing dead bugs on window sills and dust and grime coated on the carpet and floors. They are apparently under new management. So the quality of food and service has declined. But that doesn't change my experience, does it?
If this place isn't near you, dont bother going unless you really, really, really want Halal pizza! I would recommend this place only for their pizzas and the...
Read morePizza's in the name, but tonight my game was shawarma. Haha's is a nice mix of Mediterranean fare (and I'm sure the pizzas are great too!)
I watched with anticipation as perfectly seasoned meat was thinly shaved from the vertically rotating grill and laid expertly on a sort of tortilla. Grilled vegetables were added to the mix along with a light sauce. The amalgamation was rolled enchilada style and grilled to light golden brown perfection. The young man working the counter was thick with an accent I couldn't place. However, he was very friendly and easy to understand. An older gentleman working the back would periodically have a conversation with the young man. Although I could not understand, it was obvious they knew each other will.
The younger man placed into the basket the completed shawarma sandwich, very tastily seasoned fries, and their secret ingredient: a house made garlic dipping sauce. If you love garlic then you definitely want this sauce!
I was only able to capture one picture before I devoured the meal like a hungry, angry baby cheetah long awaiting its mother's return from a successful hunt. If my stomach would have allowed more room, I would have sampled every dish from their menu.
Don't let the name fool you. It's not haha that's funny. It's Haha...
