Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Kansas City

Awful service. Awful pizza. A friend and I placed two online delivery orders. One for a medium pizza and wings, and one for just wings. (quoted over an hour) so we switched to carry out (quoted 15 minutes) so we showed up and one order was ready right away and the other one was still in the works. I sat there with my pizza and wings for over 20 minutes waiting on the other order. We heard workers dropping equipment and cussing from the kitchen. (Very unprofessional) then the worker placed like 3 or 4 boxes of food on the counter and said my friends order was ready. So he went up to get it and realized... Hey all I ordered was wings! And she says "oh that's not your order". And then puts it back with out saying anything. So we sit and wait for another 10 minutes and she finally says "sir do you have your receipt". And he says "all I ordered were wings" and he finally gets them after a good 45 minutes from placing the order to finally receiving them. She apologizes because they are "busy". Ok yeah you're so busy with the 3 customers in the building. I work in an actual restaurant in Westport where we serve 600 people on a slow Monday. You guys don't know what busy is. So we get home and the pizza is COVERED in sauce. Literally the sauce and toppings are falling off to expose an undercooked crust! Seriously.. Half of the crust was raw! Soggy and gross. Never have I had this awful experience from a Pizza Hut. What I thought I was getting was moderate priced food on a quick time as I have to be at work soon. Instead I got terrible service and undercooked dough. Will not return. Stick to Sarpinos, Joes, or Papa Kenos. It's...

My family and I came here from St Louis once we got here we settle into our hotel which was 3 minutes away from this Pizza Hut I called and placed my order at 8:50 p.m. I was informed that it was going to take 45 minutes to an hour which was fine My husband and I travel with our 11-year-old and our 2-year-old Doing that time frame got the kids bathed and everything called down to the front desk our food was never delivered called back up to the Pizza Hut spoke to the manager I'm not sure if his real name is Brian He told me that our food was dropped off at 9:30 Our food was never delivered I call back he told me that our food was delivered again front desk never received it The manager at our hotel was amazing The staff was amazing They were looking out Come to find out this Pizza Hut is using DoorDash to deliver our food The manager told me sweetheart I can't guarantee if you're going to get your food He kept calling me sweetheart I asked him not to call me that He kept doing it The manager Brian at Pizza Hut needless to say my husband went to pick up our food They claimed that it was freshly made It was absolutely not Our food was cold needless to say I will never ever order from that Pizza Hut ever again when I come back to Kansas City I'm damn sure going to stay at the same hotel but I will never order from them ever again and Pizza Hut is our favorite pizza of chain to eat from But this one if you're getting delivery your food will be delivered by DoorDash and you would not have a guarantee that you...

Order food for my kids and it was horribly made it looked two days old barely any cheese or anything and I was missing my wings and bread sticks. so I asked them to make it again and they did. When it was sent out the second time it was taken by the dasher that Pizza Hut assigned to the order. I call them back they tell me to contact DoorDash which DoorDash told me to contact them. At the end of it the lady that was working tonight at Pizza Hut told me they are not making it a third time. So now I’m out of 45 dollars and barely got what I needed for the kids. Thanks for nothing Pizza Hut I will never come here again. Horrible horrible service and horrible horrible at fixing problems that they are liable for you should go back to having actually delivery drivers instead of using DoorDash.
