I've been ordering from this Panera for the company I work for, for weeks now. And every time I've requested that they DON'T put feta on the Mediterranean sandwich because my boss is HIGHLY allergic, they still put the feta on there. This has happened to me on three occasions alone in the past two weeks! The first two times, I saw that "No Feta' was printed on the receipt, so I assumed there wouldn't be any. I took them back to the office, and when we opened them up, sure enough, there was feta on the sandwich... This third and most recent time, I stressed to the cashier that there couldn't be any feta on the sandwich as my boss is Highly allergic, to the point where if any dairy even touches anything on the sandwich, she would go into anaphylaxis. The cashier printed on the receipt "no feta" and even yelled to the back cooks, not to put any on the sandwich. When I received the sandwich, I checked it before leaving this time because I didn't trust that they still hadn't put any, and sure enough, there was feta on the sandwich. I quickly told one of the cooks about this and he assured me that they would remake the sandwich. I was already in a rush and assumed that since my sandwich was a remake, it would be made immediately so that I could be on my way. That was NOT the case. I waited for about 5 minutes while I watched the cooks make and put out other peoples salads and sandwiches wondering where mine was. This was at noon during their lunch rush so I assumed it would take them a second to remake my sandwich, but after almost 10 minutes I had to ask how much longer it would take, considering I already had the rest of my order and was now running behind on delivering lunch for my company. The cook I spoke with said he didn't see a ticket for my sandwich, so they weren't making it at that moment. I told him that there was no ticket because it was a remake since the original sandwich they gave me had been messed up. Then the other cook who had initially told me he would remake it, chimed in and told him about the remake. So apparently there had been no communication between the cooks about my remake, and they hadn't even begun making it. It took them another couple of minutes to actually make my sandwich and give it to me. It took 15 minutes for my sandwich to be remade. I saw that the manager was on the line helping the cooks and had overheard our conversation yet he didn't chime in once. One time is an accident, twice is neglect, but three times is just pure ignorance. All the cooks have to do is read what's on the ticket and see that in BIG BOLD lettering, it says NO FETA, yet they couldn't even do that. Read moreI have been going to this Panera for approximately 2 years. I usually do the pick up, and their service has been steadily declining. From getting bread instead of an apple, to the mac and cheese being cold, and the worst - getting an order wrong. When I got the wrong order I went back (I had gotten an egg sandwich instead of the sausage and egg sandwich, which is a pretty significant difference to me). When I brought the egg sandwich and receipt up to the counter the attendant mumbled something and walked away, so I waited. Several minutes later I was told to go wait gestures vaguely. I waited several more minutes for my food to be remade, then when I was handed it I asked if I would be getting a coupon/refund/anything as no one had volunteered anything, and was told I needed to go back to the front to ask someone. So I went back up front, waited again, asked someone else about a refund and was offered a cookie which I turned down, then the attendant walked away. I waited for several more minutes before the attendant and (I assume) the manager came back, but the manager just walked past us and the attendant said the manager was going to be taking care of me. So I waited some more, then the attendant finally came back and asked if the manager had helped me, which I said she hadn't, so the attendant explained that the manager was getting me a certificate that I would be able to use next time. After a few more minutes the manager finally returned and handed me a piece of paper and muttered something. I very much appreciate that last attendant and the vague attempt to compensate, however my second sandwich was almost burnt and the service was just not acceptable. Read moreI wish I could give a negative star rating went in to restaurant 30mins after they opened store was already filthy yet only 3 customers in store trash on floor numerous tables dirty should have left when I saw this but I ordered my food cashier was very slow and not friendly at all I waited 32mins for one breakfast sandwich once received by the manager who made my order he didn't say thank you or anything just threw plate on counter without napkins or silverware once I went to fix my fountain drink that I had to go back up and ask for as it was not given to me when I placed order I went to machine and pushed the Dr pepper it sprayed all over me and my clothes because they had not put machine together then I go to eat my sandwich I ordered sausage egg and chz received bacon egg without chz I took back to counter and was was ignored for 10mins as the manager and several other employees walked passed without offering help another customer who was waiting to order stopped the manager to tell him to help me he looked at me and continued what he was doing I walked down to other end and asked employee cutting bread if he was the manager the actual manager yells across store saying he was manager yet still did not come to see what I needed I went to him explaining my order was wrong he took it and placed on table didn't apologize or say it would be replaced just went back to what he was doing I asked how long it would be to remake as I was on my way to work again I was ignored so I told him I wanted a refund he was very rude and told me to insert my card in machine then walked away giving me no receipt or apology or anything definitely should not be in a leadership role very very...
