Extremely rude service and even had an employee look me straight in the face and blatantly lie. I was putting in an order for one pretzel without salt and with salt. The women over the speaker says in a very rude condescending tone, "we only have one pretzel" as I'm telling her the second one I want with salt. It was a completely unnecessary comment. Also you have cinnamon pretzels and others. Then I ask for an extra cheese. They didn't have the pretzel without salt ready so I pulled forward to wait. The 2nd employee comes out and hands me my order. I ask him, did you put the extra cheese in the bag. He says yes. No hesitation. He runs back inside and I start counting. They didn't put in the extra cheese. So I had to go in there. And those doors need to be adjusted because they should not be that heavy. Someone who is disabled could seriously get injured. All the pretzels were extremely burnt on the bottom. I was also told they don't do the app, which I really don't know if they do or not. After one employee lied to me, the trust is non existent. Extremely rude service. Burnt food. Really unfortunate because I love Auntie Anne's so much, and they would have had my...
Read moreThe employees here make me feel uncomfortable. They talk bad about their customers it seems like. And I was really sweet, I even wanted to leave a tip. My niece has a severe dairy allergy. I ordered cinnamon sugar pretzels with veg spray instead of butter. Was lied to over the drive thru and said they would be made dairy free. I pulled up to the window, no greeting or anything. I see the same blonde girl turn around grab the bag. Laugh with her coworker about something, she gives me this weird look and hands me the bag. The pretzels were cold. I went inside and low and behold, they were made with butter. I understand the extra hassle of making fresh pretzels with the spray, that’s why I wanted to leave a tip. Instead I got my feelings hurt. Go to the east mall instead, they’re super sweet ♡ But hey, at least I didn’t have to rush my niece to the hospital due to negligence of this restaurant....
Read moreWent thru the drive through and ordered a shake, hot dog bites, and cinnamon bites. I had to repeat my order more than once and was told it would be 5-10 minutes for the hot dog pretzels. I was ok with that. Was given my total, $15 and change. I get to the window and paid, then another girl comes to the window and gives me a total and tries to hand me a bag. I let her know I already paid and that probably wasn't my food. Then a third person asked me to pull forward, which I expected. I waited for 20-25 minutes and my food was finally brought out, no drink. She went back inside to check, comes back out and tells me I didn't order one. She offered to just go make it and bring it out. At this point it was close to 30 minutes and I was late to work. I said no and just left. I get to work and after all the the pretzels with the hot dogs were burnt. That's all you could taste was...
