I tried giving this location another chance today after a negative experience a few weeks ago (where the drive through employee had an awful attitude when my husband was placing an order). The same girl was running the drive through today with the same attitude. My car was the only vehicle in line, but it still took almost 10 minutes just for someone to collect my payment. The first girl who took my card wasn't rude, but the drive through employee was rude in person as well. I watched her spill my drink, pick it up, and hand me the beverage that was now dripping soda all around it. I still said thank you after she handed me the food, but she simply closed the window. I noticed that she initially didn't want to engage with me. She waited for the nice girl who took my payment to come around, after talking with a person inside during those 10 minutes. Last time, three vehicles (including my own) didn't even stay to pay or collect our food because of this girl's attitude and the wait time. This settled it for me. You're better off going to the BK on Morton Rd or Westgreen. Both locations do...
Read moreI came to this location after saying I would not but because of wanting to save time I did. The service and quality of the food is not consistent. It was about 12:12pm today, I ordered a special they offered. I asked for a incredible burger "NO CHEESE" and the other sandwich for my daughter, I can't remember the name of it. 2 Dr Pepper drinks. The sandwiches were cold. My sandwich had cheese that looked as if it was put on the Patty 1-2 hours earlier. I didn't get a receipt or the receipt you usually get with the order taped to the bag. I normally don't complain about service from a fast food restaurant I just stop going to them. But, sometimes you gotta say something about getting what you ask for. And, you should never have to ask for your receipt. That should be automatic!! No matter what the cost is! PEOPLE, GIVE YOUR CUSTOMERS...

I called and she didn’t want to complete the order then said ok in 5 mins go through drive through.
They made it seem they were closed so that they didn’t have to work. She said she’s short staffed but there’s literally nobody here and they had 4 people inside.
Whoever owns this location is losing business and revenue . They are not doing their job .
Currently 9:41. Got here at 932. 6 mins after my order .
Emailed corporate. Need to fire these people who work here it’s absolutely horrible service and now I don’t trust the food they are making will be any good.
