That was a terrible experience. We ordered on mobile app before showing up. It was late, so they didn't allow us into the store, they asked us to go through the drive through line (which defeats the purpose of ordering ahead of time). When we finally were at the window after 30 minutes, they could not find my order. I showed them the recept on my phone, and they were able to confirm the address, but they could not find my order. I asked them what to do, and they told me this - "I don't know!! Order again??". Then, they shut the window on me.
Not knowing what to do, I drove to the front again and hoped to be let in to the store. Multiple workers saw me through class, and all of them ignored me. I stood there, cold, late, and hungry, for 10 minutes until one of them had to walk out to deliver food to another customer's car. When the door opened, they told me to go back through the drive through line, again.
After another 45 minutes in the line, the manager took it out on me because she could not understand my order. I, just wanting to get my food, showed her my phone with the receipt on it. She started talking angrily in Spanish to her coworkers. Then, another guy working there came to the window and told me he got me...
After another 10 minutes waiting at the drive through window, they gave me a box of food. I asked them if they considered the situation resolved and if the food was correct. They said yes and looked at me like I was dumb.
I went home. The food was wrong (I ordered spicy, and they gave me regular), and the food was less than what I paid for (they 'forgot' the extra side I ordered).
I hated myself for having gone there that night. I was humiliated, bossed around, time wasted, and robbed off.
It has been a couple of weeks since the incident, and I am finally able to describe it in a non-emotional manner. I know this is just cheap fast food, but there are other business who are able to offer the same without taking away...
Read moreGood food but I'm going to give it a one star just because of the lack of integrity from the employees. Last night around 8:30pm, me and my girlfriend went to get some Popeyes and walked up to the door to order from the lobby only to notice the door was locked but there were three young girls in the lobby dressed in civilian attire. There was a sign on the door that displayed the lobby schedule and the lobby was supposed to be open up until 11:00 p.m. I proceeded to go back into my car and call the business and instantly I noticed all three girls got up frantically and started looking around towards the parking lot. After 3 calls with no answer I decided to go through the drive-thru and I asked the guy at the window why The door was closed when it wasn't 11:00 p.m. and he told me that they were short of one worker and decided to close at 10:00 p.m. but then again I reminded him that it was 8:30 p.m. and also asked him why there were three young girls in the lobby and he told me that they were there for a job interview and that they were filling out an application (he said this very slowly and deliberately almost in an attempt to hide his lies). I was going to reply because what sort of business have job interviews to which they close the lobby to the public at 8:30 p.m. to three girls at the same time that weren't even dressed formally but was hungry. As I pulled off I saw six people waiting outside in the cold peeking into the lobby (at this point all 3 girls were EATING popeyes meals) and they asked me if it was open and I told them everything that just transpired with the window guy and how I suspected he was lying especially as we witnessed the 3 girls eating.
P.S. I recorded the conversation with the window guy. I would think lying and being dishonest would be a trait that A well enowned restaurant like Popeyes would forbid but I...
Read moreI was very disappointed with the service received from the Manager Orris and his approach to addressing an incorrectly fulfilled order.
I advised Orris that I ordered a 12pc dark meat only meal along with a few other items, but received mixed meat for the meal. He asked me if I was close and could I return. I advised him that we had already arrived home and I had a conference call to attend and wouldn't be able to return right away. Orris then told me he would replace the white meat pieces "I returned" plus give me 2 pieces for the inconvenience. I then said I'd be happy to show him the white meat I received and I thought it was interesting that he wanted me to return those pieces so he could throw them away. He said that is their policy and he wanted to be sure that customers aren't just trying to get free food. I fully understand that, but I can't say that the inconvenience of my time making the call, driving back and gas is basically worth a 2 piece. I am highly disappointed.
I returned with the uneaten chicken around 9p. I literally saw Orris count the chicken I returned then throw it in the trash, then provided 8 pcs of dark meat. He never apologized once for the inconvience. Awful customer experience and I was just disgusted and embarrassed for your company.
I almost don't want to return to that location. I explained to Orris that I don't believe his approach on this was a good display of...
