Review on service-
I am big on reading reviews before I try a place for the first time so after reading reviews I came in with expectations of friendly service and I was disappointed. We walked in only 1 other customer was sitting at the table and not one person behind the counter greeted us. I finally said hello to the 2 ladies behind the counter and told them this was our first time........ nothing...... Thankfully I read reviews on some of the favorites and suggestions so we decided what we wanted and ordered our food.
Review on food-
I ordered the hook and ladder and it was absolutely AMAZING!!! My husband got the firehouse steak and cheese and he loved it!!! I ordered the mac and cheese and it came to us not very warm and was very bland. Not a fan of the mac and cheese at all.
Overall-
We are not going to let the lack of Customer service prevent us from coming back because the sandwiches were so delicious but we may try a different...
Read moreWe went thru the drive thru and placed an order for three sandwiches. We specifically asked for No onions on one of the sandwiches. When we arrived home there were onions on the sandwich and no tomatoes. They also did not include the pickle on the side for any of the sandwiches even after we asked if there would be pickles on the side. We asked because we didn’t order the combos and don’t know if the pickles came with the sandwich. When picking up the sandwich the whole outside of the bread was covered in mayonnaise. It made it very messy. When I called the store the employee said that we didn’t ask for the onions to be removed and that all he could do was take down my name and make me a new sandwich if I wanted to drive all the way back! Read moreHorrid customer service & NOT allergy friendly! We were there early evening, May 25th. I asked the staff to check the ingredients label, so I'd know if I could safely eat their signature sub. They immediately referred me to the online "allergy list". Had they been familiar with their own documentation, they'd of known it doesn't apply to the allergy I specified. I asked again for them to check the labels. They made absolutely no effort to do so & claimed they threw every single box away already. Anyone with common sense, or who has worked in the food industry, knows that statement is a lie & practice would not be practical.
