Ordered 4 rolls and rice. Almost a $60 order. 3 out of 4 rolls tasted super fishy and old, didn't even try the 4th. We stopped eating after just a few bites. There was discoloration on the fish on one roll. Even our rice just tasted bad. My husband immediately felt sick. I called the restaurant and asked if we could get a refund as none of it was edible. I was told no refunds and they would give me 20% off next visit. I said I'm sorry but we just paid $60 for food that tastes disgusting and old, we won't be using a 20% off for next visit. The employee said I could call the manager. I did that. But still was met with 20% off and "our fish was delivered on Wednesday" ( it is now Friday). Long story short. If you like good sushi, not getting sick, and generally decent business practices, please go elsewhere. I don't know how it is acceptable to serve old food and make people feel ill and offer no apology or resolve, only argument.

My hubby and I loooove Ru Sans. I especially enjoy their sons noodle soup. Comes with lots of veggies and chicken. We ordered in for the first time and are very disappointed about their to go packaging. The lid melted and there was plastic in my soup 😭 I was soooo upset I didn’t call in the restaurant because I’m sure I would have said something I regret. So I rather say, is best to go i person for soup their packaging is careless. There are significant health issues with melted plastic in food. I personally don’t even microwave due to the risks of plastic leaching into food. Plastic is a disruptor in the body mimicking hormones in your system that may cause issue in many areas. To get out of system I read black tea and lots of probiotics and prebiotics. I got lots to do in terms of helping my body get rid of this stuff. I will call in today now that I’ve cooled off and see what their response is.

I came here the first time because it seemed the most visually appealing place to get soup/ramen bowl on Google in the area. I was greeted and sat immediately. I ordered the Tokyo shoyu and was pleasantly surprised at how hot the soup was temperature-wise. It was absolutely delicious and the portion for the price was great. The sushi portions are very generous as well. You won’t see any paper thin nigiri here, they give you what you pay for. Service was A1. My server checked on me constantly and made sure I had everything I wanted. The hot sake is amazing in comparison to other places I’ve been. I’ve been back twice to try other dishes and have gotten to know the staff and management a bit. Great people. I travel a lot but anytime I’m in this area I’ll be back. Highly recommended.

I came here upon recommendation of some good friends so I'm glad I didn't read the reviews or else I wouldn't try. I have no idea what former reviews are talking about regarding pricing, I was shocked at the menu prices because they were such a bargain. Where else would you find Chilean Sea Bass for under $15 or a pretty damn good cocktails for under $5??? Either those reviewers have a chip on their shoulder or can't appreciate good quality food at great value. I would actually question places that have dirt cheap pricing on sushi. Granted I'm a first time customer and have no long term history with them to benchmark, but as far as I'm concerned, being to a lot of high end places around Atlanta, I don't mind driving back up here often just for delicious food at affordable prices.

Let me start by saying, I don't care about service if I did, I would go to some fancy smancy restaurant that marks up everything and treat you like a king, so I never paid attention. I care about the food. My picky kids gobbled up the tempura and sea bass faster than they would had I cooked for them. I normally eat small portions but found myself trying 4 different dishes.

The waitress is nice but that's all I can remember. What resonated with me most is the owner came down and chatted with us but had to excuse himself abruptly because he had to drive his employees home. He said there were 2 brothers that usually bike to work but he didn't want them biking in the rain. This, people is why I would go back, not only to support a small business owner, but someone with compassion and love for his job and employees.

If I had one suggestion, it would be that the tempura shrimp could...

I went to Ru Sans for lunch twice in a row back to back during a work week. They got my business because they were right down the street. and I used to be a fan. Last time I went, the kimchi salmon maki was so salty and disgusting. I had one bite and immediately told the waiter that it was too salty, he began to get an attitude and tell me that he won’t take it off the bill and I could order something else. There is no sign anywhere or on their door that says no refunds. It was literally three pieces of sushi. I didn’t want to be that person so I said okay I ordered another Maki and tempura soba noodles. They came out with a huge bowl tempura all it in. (Getting soggy and nasty) I took the tempura out as fast as I could put it on a plate but it was too late the breading was all mush. There was two or three small bites of noodles there was a pound of veggies and broth. For a noddle dish I just expected like I don’t know.. flipping noodles. $11.50 that was. They charged me a $1.00 for Sriracha. And I mean a little squirt of it. $23.56 that meal was and I didn’t even scratch the surface on eating it cause tempura was mushy and soggy, there was nothing but soup & veggies. I was treated rudely. I literally left, didn’t even finish a thing. But paid anyways. Even though I shouldn’t have. Worst experience ever. Will never...

From the moment I walked into this restaurant I felt very uncomfortable, the hostess, Natalia harti oh. She immediately started asking me personal questions, my age, where I work, and asking me if I wanted another job. At first I thought she was starting conversation, but she was trying to convince me to join her zoom meeting for the next morning, telling me I can make money doing what she does as an insurance agent for her part time job. I also thought it was incredibly rude she moved my food out of the way to show me pictures on her phone of her “teammates” that have made millions, her telling me I can be successful like that too. I clearly was uninterested but I tried to be nice hoping she would leave me alone. I knew this was a pyramid scheme she was trying to convince me in so she can make a profit off of recruiting someone. I find that very highly inappropriate especially in a restaurant setting, it is soliciting. Very unprofessional, as a customer who just came in to eat some food, I will not be returning and I hope she’s not doing this to other people because this is how you lose customers. I hope this review gets informed to the management if they even want to do something about it, this is just very strange. Please read this review before you think about entering...
